The individual working was outstanding! She went anove and beyond to make things right with an encountered problem. I did not get her name unfortunately. IF they trained her then 5 stars plus for them. Now they don’t have the best pizza. Just a quick inexpensive solution for dinner sometimes. It is okay every now and then. They did not make my pizza correctly and I was not happy about that. She was very apologetic and even offered to bring my pie to my car when it was ready. She did that and again apologized for my wait and their error. Plus added free crazy bread as a makeup. Wow!

The pizza that’s ready as you walk in is pretty bad, not hot imo, but when you can order and they prepare it, it’s pretty good. Not the friendliest staff, been there many times.

I ordered on the app for delivery since I am tired and not safe to drive and it didn’t let me choose NOT to put pepperoni on my Pretzel Stuffed Crust Pizza, which normally isn’t much of a big deal because I can call the store and correct it, but I called right after I put the order in and got put on hold for 30 minutes and was not able to correct it before my delivery driver picked it up AND STILL cannot get in contact with the place.
