This is the 2nd time I have been to this location. The 2nd time I have had a bad experience and will not be going back. My grand kids like lil ceasers from other stores but this was the closest. First time waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was Standing there. This time I stood in line for 15 minutes. Young lady in front of me said she was ready to walk out because she had been waiting 10 minutes before me. While we waited the staff behind the counter were laughing and joking about how the weren’t covering for “Dave” who was late. So back to the line wait. When Dave showed up he began ignoring his growing line to count registers. I spoke up and asked if anyone was going to take our orders to which he nastily replied he had a shift change going on and that we would have to wait. There were at least 6 to 8 people standing around who could have taken the lines orders. The only reason I came back to this place is because my grand kids like the Ceasers brand of pizza. So I have decided to turn them on to a real pizza shop that has far superior pizza and always appreciate the customers who come there. YEAH TO BROOKLYN JOES AUTHENTIC PIZZA !!!!!

Has gone way downhill. I have no idea what happened. This location was always good before. Recently, placed a pick up order on 5/25/23 and app notified to say it was ready. Went in person to pick up, and it was not. Then was treated disrespectfully by the employee who was snapping at other waiting customers and was also serving customers (her friend?) out of turn before me. After waiting 15 minutes, the cook came out in a crisis and said wait was going to be an hour and a half. I left, and will be collecting my refund at some point when I have a chance to call the help line of headquarters.

Worse experience ever! Pizza was undercooked and crust overcooked. I ordered cheese pizza n one pepperoni they gave me both pepperoni with cheese coming off not even baked on pizza! Ordered pretzel crust and it was regular! Didn’t get my wings, Italian bread omg dough all dough not cooked at all!!!! On top of being a working pregnant mom I just wanna cry!!!!

Bottom of the barrel employees work here. Foods trash and have found a literal piece of plastic in my pizza before. No one here cares, just close this location already, Rochester and Monroe Ave will be better off.

I came to order a pizza and I had to wait for more than 10 minutes only to be told by the employees that I have to wait from 45 minutes to 1 hour for a simple pizza. this is something that they should solve since these employees are not that efficient in addition to being rude to customers

The pizza is usually on point. It’s the crazy combo from this particular location I take issue with as the pictured “bread sticks” are soggy, limp and have next to no cheese topping. And that is usually how I get them from here. If they get better, so will my review.

One of the worst Little Caesars locations I’ve been to. The crazy bread I ordered was all smashed/mushed up and wasn’t fresh at all (not even close) for some reason and the service was pretty bad since they took forever to help their customers. What a struggle this place is

There’s a new owner so it’s like idk. I pay for sauce now which I got for free previously. And asking to cut the pieces a little bit more , is not “okay”. You can hear them in the back saying to pay “for cutting it more”. All issues I did not previously have. I only buy the bread sticks and they are good every time..
