They don’t seem to care about the product they give to customers. Look at this pie I bought online. It was a thin crush cheese pizza. It’s overcooked because there’s a lot of burnt cheese spots. And look how they cut it. It’s like they just hacked at it. I’ve never had a pie cut this unevenly. Did they have their eyes closed?

I told myself I will not come back there in the evening on a Friday. before I set foot in the store because their parking lot is tiny & jammed. I went inside entering my code multiple times but could not get access to pizza. I told what looked like a manager that I ordered an 1 hour ago and can’t access with the code. (I’ll admit it was my fault that I took an hour to get there from where I came from). The manager allowed a call from another customer to interpret his helping me. He talks for more than a few minutes to the customer forgetting all about me. I get the attention of the next person behind the counter. She asks the manager who comes back and doesn’t seem to recognize me from a few minutes ago. He tells me “hurry up” and speak to him. I was taken aback. I don’t think I want to go there again, because if he speaks to me like that again, he’ll get a good tongue lashing. I know it was a stressful time for them, but not a good way to speak to a customer like that and he never apologized.

I came in with in this location with my family and I did not feel welcomed. There is a $3 coupon I tried to use and the store manager told me to order it on online I tried to order and the app would not allow me. I asked him to show me and he claimed he did not know and claimed that the wifi was down. I began to call cooperate and as I’m on the phone he told me to get out and wait in the car because other customers can come. I felt discriminated against. My mother was just about to order and I told her to keep her money we will go somewhere else. I am very upset I will never come to this location again . The manager at Main Street location is rude ans the customer service is terrible. NEVER AGAIN
