If my kids didn’t like the pizza, I wouldn’t go here. The hot’n’ready pizza is NEVER ready. I’ve been here for almost 20 minutes waiting for 2 pepperoni pizzas. It’s incredibly frustrating. Don’t advertise something you simply cannot meet. There were only 2 people ahead of me. This happens every single time I stop at this location.

This afternoon we decided to grab a pizza for a quick meal. When we got to the store there were 5 customers ahead of me. To my surprise there were just two people working. One was taking pizzas out of the oven and boxing them up. The other was making pizzas, taking orders and serving customers. I had a conversation with a couple of the customers waiting and they had been there for 40 minutes when I got there. It was another 10-15 minutes before they got their order. There was not a clue of organization at all. It took 10 minutes to just place my order. While waiting I observed the person making the pizzas take the previously frozen pizza crusts, not made daily as advertised, and put them in the pan and add sauce and toppings. Not only was this a disappointing experience it made me think twice about ordering from this company in the future. Especially since they advertise on their box that the dough is made fresh daily.

They close whenever they feel like its. Its january 9th sunday night at 6:09 pm. The website says they’re open , hours on door say they should still be open , but nope. They close whenever they feel like it so official hours dont matter. And food quality in general has just gone downhill in the last 2 years.i wish the one in bath was still there. I would take my business there every time.

Love the Hot-N-Ready pizzas. However, usually morbidly understaffed, and the owner isn’t as hands-on as he used to be. Wait times have increased and customer service has slacked in the last couple years. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 since the very few staff (except the manager) do their best to try to fill orders.

You go to buy a Hot-n-Ready but then they say that have to cook it… Sorry but then it’s not ready… I have literally been here 20 times at different times throughout the day and they have not once had one ready. Please take this off the menu if you are going to false advertise and waste people’s time. It’s not even good pizza, the only reason people to here is to get a pizza that is ready for pickup. Not to wait for a pizza that taste like old ingredients.

Pizza was inexpensive and decent. Waited far too long for what was supposed to be a hot and ready pizza (10-20 minutes). I felt the cashier that waited on me was rude and deliberately ignored me when I asked when my pizzas would be ready. I felt the manager (older short blonde lady) was inappropriate and crass. Had someone quit and she brought it out to the floor and was angrily/snidely talking about it with other employees. Very unprofessional.

I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge the super nice, friendly employee, I believe her name was Hannah, that waited on me on a busy Sat nite @ the dinner rush. She appeared to be the only employee there & she not only was waiting on every customer, but also running bck to put peoples orders in!! And even though she was right out straight l, she delivered service w a smile & a have a great night to everyone she served.

I placed an order for 10 pizzas with the app at 7:19AM for pick up at 12:45PM. Upon arrival they told us that only half the pizzas were done, and that we would have to wait. I rented a birthday party place from 1:30-3:30, so we ended up being late for setup. When it was finally time to eat, we opened the pizza boxes to find half cooked pizzas. The dough wasn’t fully expanded, and they only sliced half the pizzas. You could not pull the slices a part as it was one whole piece. When we called the store, they informed us that the pizzas were not finished and told us that the pizzas should have never left the store. They then said we would have to bring them all back and wait for them to cook 10 more pizzas. We obviously could not leave the party and even if we could by time we would have got there and they cooked 10 more pizzas, the party would have been over. The lady then told us “Well sorry nothing we can do; my manager will contact you.” We have yet to receive a call…

Staff are always friendly and fun. While you may sometimes have to wait for a Hot-n-Ready, it’s usually because they have a steady stream of customers and are making pizza as fast as they can. Can’t beat the prices!

I’m disappointed in the service offered here 1st. I was standing at the counter staring at 2 employees who wouldn’t even look my way until they were done chatting 2nd it is 2 or 3 degrees today and because we had our tiny service dog in the corner away from everyone one of us was then told, not asked to step outside. Mind you there was no sign saying no dogs allowed. Also after I placed my order for 1 large pepperoni and 2 dipping sauces there was a pizza ready in the warmer and we had to wait for the customer before us and he had a special order with wings and pizza so why did it take me so long to get my pizza thats staring me in the face and the employee told me to wait a second no clear time or anything worst little Caesars ever!!!!!
