Pizza was basically raw. See pictures below. I shouldn’t have to take home my already cooked pizza and re cook it. It took 20 minutes for them to make me a raw pizza?! We weren’t going to get fast food but I just got over the flu after just getting over Covid and I’m forking tired! Fork that shirt I won’t come here again. Or make it right and I’ll fix my review.

Pizza was good but the customer service was less than ideal. Customers should not be left in the lobby for 5 minutes without any sort of greeting or acknowledgement of their existence. I get that you get busy but it takes zero effort to say “hi, I’ll be right with you.”

I swear the general manager was yelling at his coworkers for not getting the pizza out in “5 minutes” but I had just placed the order and it seemed as if there was almost nobody there. Then the manager gave me the food apologized then burped in my face? Im not sure if he had a personal vendetta but it was disgusting. Food was soggy as well and the worst part of this is that there was a squished bug on my pizza box. I won’t be coming within a 50 mile radius of this place. Don’t go here.

Out of all the times I have called here, or rather tried to call, not once has someone answered the phone. Gotta go clear across town to get anything from them then gotta wait for a while to get it because no one will answer the phone to take an order ahead of time. Worst service ever. It’s sad to see how far they have fallen.

Horrible customer service. I ordered delivery directly through Little Caesars and was delivered the wrong order. I was then told to come in and bring the incorrect order in to get my original order. Once I was there I disregarded as they grabbed the incorrect order and gave me my order that was still in the warmer. No sorry for the inconvenience, no trying to make it right that I had paid for delivery and had to come in anyway. I felt so mortified at the customer service.
