I’m sure the bad reviews have merit, but I’ve yet to have a negative experience here. Pizza is always hot and tastes fresh, order has never been wrong (though I always pick up in-store to ensure I get what I ordered). Staffing is probably their biggest issue, but that seems to be uniform across the food and service industries since COVID… probably because of mean-hearted folks who don’t treat workers like people.

This place needs help from corporate. The manager looked like a homeless person, nasty and he had visible band-aids all over himself. Their online ordering was not working, I called twice to let them know. So I ordered a pizza, quoting him the online price, which I thought I was getting. When I came to pickup, it was $5 more than the sale price. I walked out without the order and went to another nearby Little Caesars which was great in Hermitage on Lebanon Rd in Old Hickory. They were great ! ! !

My car batter died and I was having a very bad day and the staff came out and did all they could do to help me and even gave me a pair of jumper cables. They were the kindest people in the world. I don’t why a review said they were rude. They rushed to my aid and I am very thankful.

I ordered from here a week a go . I had a Detroit style meat with extra garlic and Parmesan and Italian cheese bread . The pizza was good hot and fresh. I was impressed. Reminded me of home. I will be back.

The store could use some updates. The owner/manager is a hard working dude. Always hustling and working hard to help his employees. There is also a young lady that seems to be a supervisor (or should be) who helps EVERYONE doing anything that needs to be done. She is so kind to everyone she talks to. The food is what you expect from Little Caesars fast food , but these two make it worth coming to this location.

Once again ordered extra sauce and once again didn’t get it. It’s impossible to order extra sauce from this location I get lil Caesars from the Portland store and never have an issue. You owe us 5 times what you charge for extra sauce because you never give it.

I have attempted to go here four times to satisfy a craving for crazy bread. The first time they were closed 15 minutes early and I got nothing. The second time they were closed 25 minutes early and I got nothing. The third time I was given cheese stuffed crazy bread instead of the regular crazy bread I ordered. The last time I was given burnt crazy bread. Will not be returning.
