I placed a order late in the evening and pizza looked great, but when i got it home it was spicy extremely. So,i called nite management didnt get a reply. The next day i took the pizza back to the store an the daytime manager was awesome and very apologetic an explained to me what probably happened causing pizza to be so spicy. With a smile and excellent customer service she replaced my order and refunded me my money which was totally unexpected i was just looking for a new pizza. I was in-between stars 3 or 4 nite shift for sure a 3 minus the friendly cashiers who hands down would’ve received a 5…i love great customer service.

Last time I ate here was a week ago we ordered 4 pizzas with that new cheese bread. The cheese bread wasn’t even cooked the pizzas was just dough. So I called the place they told me that I can get the meal for free gave them my name went in the next day to get the pizza and I kid you not those pizzas was ice cold never eating here again.

I called ahead of time. I ask the lady on the phone about 15 minutes she said no 10 minutes. We to pick up. She ask name then she said what did you have. Few minutes later she said the register lost my order. I said well its ready I will get them. She said theybwere given to someone else. So they started cooking my pizza. I sat there for 38 minutes inside the store. I got my pizza headed to the door to open it. I turned around and lady came out of back. Mind now this lady never came out of back. Only when she thought I was leaving. I turned around and said.. wait I asked the lady was she manager she said yes. Then I said” the whole 38 minutes I have been in this store the cashier nor yourself said you were sorry nor did you apologize. I said I would call owner and cooperate she said my name is Sheila and okay. I made a complaint to cooperate. The question ask me if I want cooperate to call me. I said yes. June 8th is when I called 8 days ago. They still haven’t called me. November 6,2022 5:34PM. Can never get these people to answer the phone. Why have pick up when you can’t give your Order.

I will never go here again. Last night I tried to order two extra most bestest and one build your own pizza. Everything was fine, my total was 32 and some change. I tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill, and the cashier was going through looked at it like she had never seen it before and said “Uh, we can’t take that”. She refused to look at me and looked over at who I can only assume was the “manager” and he rudely told me they can’t take hundred dollars bills on orders less than 60 dollars. Then he looked right past me and I was completely ignored. I would have been willing to go get change had I not been treated so rudely. I’ve never been penalized by a place for having too much money before. Oh well. Left and went to Pizza Hut and I’ll never go back.

The local little caesars is great. The staff, which is usually over worked and a lot of times the restaurant seems understaffed BUT they handle it with grace and professionalism every time. The store is packed almost every time I go but there is never much of a wait and the workers hustle to clear the rush…i try to always use the pizza portal. I have never gone to pick up a pizza portal and it not be ready before pr exactly at the estimated time. The pizzas are well made and fresh and you can’t beat the price!

Tried to order a pizza a couple days over the phone. The lady kept hanging up the phone on me. Then she wouldn’t answer. So I show up and nobody would take my order. Very poor service. Go to Rockmart or Rome! This isn’t the first bad experience and I’ll never do business with them again!

I love LC! But this one sucks. I gave it a couple of months and a few trips before writing a bad review. The food is good half the time but sometimes you get burnt breadsticks and pizza that is so greasy it falls apart. Oh and be prepared to wait. Hot n ready is never ready 🙁

They just cant seem to get it together. Poor customer service.. called 10 times before they answered the phone. Pizza is usually undercooked and when asked to cook well done its never done. Took 30 mins longer than time given on pizza. Whats the point of calling in an order its never going to be ready by the time given?

It’s a hit or miss. I’ve gotten 4 good pizza’s and 2 bad pizza’s. I now ck my pizza before I leave.. 1 good thing, Little Caesars has caused pizza wars with everyone else in town. Now u can get a $6.00 anywhere ❤
