At 530pm don’t have any pizza hot and ready. The lady that was working not very friendly and very rude. She said hot and ready is only when they are in the warmer. Have to wait 20 minutes for my order.

I love little Caesars pretzel pizza and I’m happy to say that you can still feed a family of four for around $20. There aren’t many affordable choices for quick dinner that tastes good.

I will never order from this location again. Twice now my order has been wrong. This time it was through delivery. When I noticed my pizza was wrong I called hoping to get my order fixed. Aj who answered the phone was so sweet and tried his best to do what he could. He asked Brandi what he could do to fix the mistake. She told him I needed to contact DoorDash because that’s who their delivery is through. However this was not DoorDashs mistake. The pizzas were labeled with my name from little ceasers. When I asked to speak to Brandi she rudely said “you need to contact DoorDash I don’t know what you want me to do about this. We are extremely busy and we aren’t going to remake your order.” I understand you are busy and short staffed butI was extremely nice and had no issues coming in to get the correct order or even waiting for the correct pizza to be made. She kept cutting me off and not letting me explain that what I ordered was not what I received yet it was marked with my name on it. She even looked it up, read what I ordered, and I told her what I actually got. She then told me to call back tomorrow and they will deal with it then. How does that help me now with the wrong order? I ordered a $12 pizza and got a $6 pizza. She then stated she would put me on hold. I was never put on hold because I could hear everything she was saying. She Talked about me and saying I was lying because she put the order together herself so she has no idea what I’m talking about and why I’m calling to get it fixed. She told Aj to take my name and number and Andrew the manager would call me at another day. Poor Aj did what he could and I thanked him for everything and trying to help and that I was sorry. He did forget to take my number but i understand he was under a lot of stress and trying his best and that’s all I could ask for! On another note I will be contacting Andrew the manager myself and expecting to have my order corrected since it was clearly an inconvenience to Brandi even though it was her mistake. My husband is also on the way to show Brandi that the pizza is clearly wrong and I did not just make it up so she can see what I’m talking about (since she talked so badly about me and saying I was lying when I was on “hold”)

The employees are very nice and the pizza is always good. They just need to have more hot and ready pizzas available. I usually have to wait 20 minutes to over an hour for pizza when I order in the store. I usually only get a cheese and extra most best pepperoni.

The app doesn’t account for delays in store. Waited an extra 35 minutes after the predicted time at the store. I only ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas. I ordered at 7:45. The app said it would be ready by 8:25 at the latest. I got my food after 9 because they messed up some guy’s order and it completely halted everything in the store to remake it. There were at least 6 staff working and only sending one item through the oven at a time only down the middle.

We stopped by while traveling. I feel like this place doesn’t deserve all the negative reviews. We had a great experience. We called ahead to reserve our pizza. Ready when we arrived. Nice girl. Yummy $7 pizza. It was great.

On January 31st, I placed an order with L/C Falling Waters, WV for delivery. Within minutes of the order being placed, It was cancelled at store. I was charged for food, service fee, delivery fee and of course, state sales tax. I WAS STILL CHARGED for their cancellation. Attempted to talk to the store & grubhub, who they use for delivery.
