Wow! My husband and I just had our first pizza from Little Bigs! My husband said he is 69 years old and that is the best pizza he has ever had! And he has eaten a lot of pizza!

This has been a wonderful addition to Fort Ashby, WV. The owner/manager and staff are so friendly and do their absolute best to make sure you have a great experience. Our food is always delicious and hot, and the portions are huge. Five stars to this small town business!

First time I ate there and I must say it was delicious. I will definitely be going back! My daughter and I got the Hawaiian pizza the sauce was not spicy like some of the other pizza places. If u haven’t ate here u really need too! Nice clean place and the young man that waited on us was very friendly!

Love your deep dish pizza was told it got a little burnt on the bottom. Well it was burnt all the way around the sides and bottom. Inside was not hot. It was warm. Again love your pizza. I want this to be my new pizza place. Please. UPDATE : Got a replacement deep dish. Owner made it no problem. Me and my kids scarfed bc my kids never had a true Chicago deep dish. Great owner who actually cares about his product, his customers, and staff. You are my new pizza place.

seems like the normal new restaurant, started out great and has slowly started going down hill. last pizza was it for me. appears to be oven temp set high to speed up cook time. crust edge has gotten larger. last pizza crust edge was to dark. seems like toppings are fewer now too. I dont mind paying the higher price for quality pizza but the past 2 have been just ok and not worth the higher price.

This place is hit or miss and should never be a miss for the $$. The pizza is either wrong or more often than not over cooked with a burnt crust. We really need a consistent franchise in this town. We were already promised a free pizza for the wrong order from 2 months ago but the owner was rushed in the phone and never told us how to redeem that pizza. Obviously our name wasn’t flagged in the system or anything to identify that we were promised a replacement. I really don’t know how the folks cannot keep an eye on the pizza and see black crust. It’s honestly not worth the fight, we take the pizza and go then cut the crust off but it really has been more of a disappointment than a success. When the pizza is right and cooked properly, we’re more shocked than we should be.

Just tried Little Bigs for the first time yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. I had a 16 inch pie with extra cheese, half mushroom and beef. The toppings were plentiful and the cheese was a full .25″ thick! For me the two biggest factors in a pizza’s taste is the crust and the tomato sauce. Little Bigs had a nice thin crust and the sauce was not spicy, very rich tomato flavor. Little Bigs will definitely get my repeat business.

Today was the last straw! We got an email with a 15% off coupon stating it was good until Sept. They REFUSED to honor it, saying it was only good for July 4th, even though we had the email clearly stating otherwise. (I would have left without the order but I wasn’t the one picking it up). To make matters worse, the menu we have didn’t say anything about spinach on the particular pizza we ordered. My husband didn’t check inside when he picked it up. So apparently, they either changed the item or someone just decided spinach was a good idea. Yuck. This is not the first time we’ve had problems with Little Bigs. We wanted to like them, but enough is enough! I won’t go into all the other ways they’ve screwed up previous orders, but if I could give them no stars I would.
