This is about 30 minutes from our house. Kind of a diner but better than that. We go every couple of weeks.

Service is always great and so is the food. I don’t know how they make such a wonderful cheesecake. Fluffy and light and so good. Thank you

I’ve been there twice now first time I got the 10 oz ribeye it was very good second time not so much that time I had 14 oz ribeye I will say I eat my steak very strange as people tell me all the time I like my steak to be medium well too well done on the inside on the outside of steak I like it to be charred alot not too many people know how to cook a steak like that but when I looked them up online I seen on the bottom of their menu it said how do you want your steak rare-medium rare-medium well- well done -charred so I thought I would go ahead and bite the bullet and pay the extra money for the bigger steak but when I told the waitress that’s how I wanted it she didn’t understand but I’m pretty sure the cook knows because the first time it was very good steak was well done and charred if anybody don’t know what I mean by charred I mean burnt

Wow haven’t been here in a while since they moved to their new location. Can good food even become better? sure seems like it everything seemed almost perfect. The brisket and the ribs twice as good as I remember them.I recommend don’t miss this if you’re in Sedalia. It was so good I even forgot to take pictures.

The food is good and served promptly by the friendly wait staff. Loud with some echoes. So not a place for a quiet meal. A little on the pricey side. Fried green tomatoes are really good as is the grilled reuben and the Texas onion soup. The butterscotch pie was pretty good, but I didn’t care for the mountain of meringue.

Easily the best restaurant in Sedalia. Good service and prices. You can’t go wrong with any of the food. Personally like the brisket sandwiches, burnt ends and the pork tenderloin sandwiches. My wife raves about the Reuben.
