I want to really like this place and I will keep trying, but there are some inconsistencies. Hot dogs with the works has been inconsistent as far as greasiness, and although I do like Sabrets hotdogs, I find the skins way too chewy. I’ve gotten their version of a DQ Blizzard twice. The first time was perfect and the second time I got at least a third less in the cup. My husband likes their vanilla milkshake and I got a strawberry one today. The picture shows it after sitting on my counter for eight hours. It was just about warm when I received it and it still is super thick. Too many gums perhaps???

I would describe the food as homey and unpretentious, but also unremarkable. A burger and fries with a soda was about 18 bucks, so two out of five on the value scale. The owner happened to be present, and inquired about my dining experience, so better marks for service. This place is a popular local seasonal business, also serving as an ice cream shop.

They do really nice job here, the food is good, the ice cream is good, they have plenty of picnic tables if you want to just chill with your food or ice cream. The fish fry is particularly good!

We were just passing through and stopped in for ice-cream and were very happy! Large servings for the price, and a large variety of flavors. Fast, courteous service as well. Highly recommend trying it out. We will definitely stop again when we are back in the area.

Bought a $7 milkshake that was very thin, and not good. Waited 10 minutes attempting to get a refund. Girl told me I had to get refunded for entire order, and pay again. I donated my $7 to this establishment and went to Stewart’s. Would not recommend.

Does not disappoint, but definitely delights! Best chili dog in the area! Best Orangesicle twist cones and Sundaes with Hot Peanutbutter! The Fried Fish looked awesome, I am going to order it next time.

I stopped in because I saw the Sabrett hot dog umbrella’s. I ordered 2 hot dogs with mustard only, small fries, small soda. Total $14.83. $3.96 for a 16oz. fountain Pepsi. REALLY. The hot dogs they cut down the middle, cooked on a griil(another words fried) cut down the middle so they cook faster. They are skin on hot dogs, meant to be steamed or put in hot water, cooked until heated threw. Hot dogs are already cooked. You just heat them up. Then there was enough mustard on them to choke a horse. One bite, I threw them away. Why didn’t I complain, complain to who, the kids running the place. Not there fault. They were never trained. The fries tasted like there fish fry. Omg, have more fryers so the fish taste transfer to the Frenc fries. I am sure I will be laughed at, saying I just want a free meal. NEVER. I want a meal I can enjoy. Mr. Owner, change the way you cook your hot dogs. Your giving the Sabrett name, a bad name. Also, train the people who work for you. I think bring in foodservice for 50 years, qualifys me to leave this review. I will never be back, but from the business I see you do, my opinon wont matter.

Great stop for some soft serve cones!!! Great selection of flavors for soft serve as well as hard ice cream. Other food available as well. I had a creamsicle twist with vanilla and the small was very big. Staff was friendly and service was quick and easy.
