Food was decent but man your employees like to gossip with ZERO filter in front of customers. Apparently the two girls here hate the managers, South Waterfront is a store everyone hates to work at and some poor prior employee named Tabitha is lazy and should fix the grill single handed and “probably isn’t coming back” what a great lunch environment. Go to another location for a better vibe.

As always with Little Big Burger, my food was dee-lish and even more importantly, perfectly filling without being overfilling. Burger size is much smaller than anywhere else I’ve been in Portland (except possibly Killer Burger’s small size) and that’s fine with me as I find burger portions to be way too big most places. Also, they have the best (truffle!) fries in town, tasty and inventive – but not crazy – burger toppings, and wonderful unsquishy burger buns. If I could give them 6 stars out of five, I would.

The truffle fries were so good and they gave us so many!! The burgers however were indeed small, but a bit smaller than expected and didn’t seem very special. I think overall the experience was average. I’ll probably come back to order just those truffle fries though.

The service at the division location was horrible. I went with a few friends and as we were looking on what to order the workers paid no attention to us. When it was time to order we had to flag down a worker to ask questions about the menu and in turn they grumbled and chose to turn a blind eye on questions. As my friend was ordering it seemed as they could not “understand” his english and presumed to continue to say “what” to every sentence he spoke. Similarly, as our order was ready, they did not call us to say our order was ready but just left the brown paper bag on the side assuming that we would know it was our order. When we asked if the brown bag was ours they just stuck their chin up with no words spoken, leading us to assume it was ours.

I love the… everything! They’re a little big ! Definitely would Recommend! I love how it’s child friendly, all there vegetarian options for my vegetarian friends, and of course the dietary restrictions! Definitely a 5/5 for me!
