Very Rude and not friendly! Bad customer service! Today when I called to place a order the lady kept hanging up on me 2 different times because I wasn’t quite finish ordering one entree. The third time I cancelled the order and she hung up again. I couldn’t even tell if my order was placed she didn’t ask for a name or number. Just hangs up on you.

I was an active customer before and during Covid. Today a friend and I went for lunch. The male taking orders just seemed annoyed…very poor customer interaction. Seemed to be on meds??? We were totally ignored post receiving order. When I went to front desk to request two to-go containers he actually rolled his eyes at me!! Really punk!! This is YOUR JOB!! This is the last time I’ll shadow their door!! and, Word of mouth is the best messenger for service. Shame on you!!!!

Awful awful awful!!!! No eggs, onion, or peas in shrimp fried rice. Rice was hard and dry. I would say you need more than 3 shrimp to qualify as shrimp fried rice. The chicken was re-cooked from the day before and dry. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

So I was Like lady I saw yu in your nose in the kitchen and then tried to grab the bag of food and serve me..!
