This shop should be 5 stars. I’ve eaten at a ton of sandwich shops, and this one is excellent. Great bread, meat portions are large, and the thousand island dressing tastes homemade and so good! I talked to a few people about this shop, and every one of them had a great comment to say. It’s sad to see negative comments on here, especially when the owner of the shop is in there every day. So, if you are reading this and want to post a negative comment, please don’t. Go talk to the owner, and she will make it right. This is one of the oldest sandwich shops in Billings, and I hope it continues to thrive. I will 100% be supporting this business, and I can’t wait to try the soups! I heard they are delicious!

I have tried several Downtown Billings restaurants but Lisa’s is by far the best! I actually left not only full but satisfied with the meal. I have been craving a Reuben for some time now and I guess I accidentally stumbled upon Billings’ Best Reuben. I may not have tried Billings’ other reubens, but I don’t need to! The service, the atmosphere, and the sandwich itself just blew me away. I highly, highly recommend if you are downtown stop into Lisa’s Sandwich Den because you will not be disappointed.

Solid basic sandwich shop with no frills. Very nice owners. Average atmosphere for a sandwich shop.

In my honest opinion, I think the sandwich was actually decent, but it was about $12 at the total price

Funny I read the last review that preached how amazing the BLT and bacon were. Not so with the club sandwich. Even Subway, which gives you a bigger sandwich, at a lower price, tastes better.

Ordered the Club on sourdough ,swapped sprouts for lettuce, no tomato. Also got the chicken dumpling soup. So tasty, will be back as a regular lunch spot.

Lisa makes the best sandwiches west of the Mississippi. Oh and the cookies, you ask? Baked with the love and warmth only a woman like her could offer.. 10/10 would recommend for anyone with an appetite and need for good company.
