Ordered take out lamb with okra, and a $10 rice pudding, price was high but Mediterranean restaurants usually are because portions are huge, but this was not the case here, got few pieces of lamb smaller than a penny size, was expecting large rice pudding for the price and it wasn’t, also the rice wasn’t cooked all the way . This part of New Jersey has the largest and the best Mediterranean restaurant in the country, And you wont make it between them with this kind of foods And portions. Didn’t put utensils and I’m staying in the hotel I ended up cutting a piece of one of the plate and use it as a spoon. i ordered from Elbasha yesterday and couldn’t finish the food and quality was great.

We had lunch. The food was mediocre and overpriced. The falafel platter for example was 4 falafel balls swimming in a sea of hummus with 4 slices of carrots. No taste. Horrible presentation. The kids meatballs were tiny with a few soggy french fries for $16. Will not go again.

Came here with my mom on Mother’s Day because all of the fancy waterside restaurants were booked. And I was so happy they were because this restaurant was 10/10. So healthy and yummy and filling. The service is so accommodating and caring; I felt like I was with my family. To add a cherry on top, they gave my mom lillies and she was so ecstatic! Definitely coming back here again. It’s one of Ridgewood’s most underrated places!!!! YUM!!!!!!!!

I’ve tried this place multiple times. The food is always excellet, fresh and obviously high quality. The sampler dip platter was second to none. Although this dish is a little bit pricey the quality and flavor lends itself to quality ingredients. As we know quality ingredients are not cheap. We got there early on a friday and they were just setting up for the night so the restaurant was empty. We were welcomed by smiling faces all welcoming and greeting us. The staff was attentive, friendly , and efficient. Our water was replenished quickly never had to ask for more. This is a bring your own establishment so bring the libations of your choice. The liver appetizer was amazing flavorful and perfectly done. The covan kaburma ( a lamb stew type dish ) was well seasond and I wanted to finish it but there was just too much. I promise you wont leave hungry. This restaurant was nicley decorated and had heartwarming phrases on the wall that makes you recognize the owners are caringbdecent people. I highly reccomend this place. If your in the mood for Turkish food try this place its a winner in all aspects.

We went to Lisa’s Mediterranean Cuisine in Ridgewood for dinner and we were overcharged. We ordered 2 bottles of Pellegrino water $6.00 each and we being charged $32.00 instead ot $12.00 . WE were overcharged for Lamb Shaks as well .

Excellent food and excellent servise. This place is amazing. We ordered most of cold and hot appetizers and they are really fresh and delicious. I ordered Branzino for entree its coming with rice and steamed vegetables. This is my first time in this restaurant and im in love w this place.
