The okra was cold, the BBQ chicken sandwich was served at room temperature, the cole slaw was good. When placing my order I asked for the BBQ special. I was asked sandwich only (sign reads fries and sandwich $7.50) so I said no I want the combo. This came to $12.05. Nothing great to write home about.

When I first moved to Fayette, I tried this place. Got a hamburger steak plate. Was NOT a fan of the onions being on the inside of the hb steak. Today, I decided to give this place another try. I got a large hamburger and order of onion rings. My food was hot and fresh and was enough for my husband and I to both eat on and get full. My food was ready within the 15 minutes they told me it would take.

I haven’t been able to find sweet potato fries anywhere in Tuscaloosa. I could have just gotten the fries and been okay. But no, went for the bar b que sandwich and 3 glasses of sweet tea.

Very disappointed with the service and food tonight. Called my order in and was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes. It took 45 minutes before I finally got my called in food order. I was told it was ready, but they forgot one of the two plates. While waiting on that plate the salads that were in bags got knocked off the counter onto the floor 3 times.With all that time it took my order was not correct. The ribs were tough and cold also.
