I came through the drive thru and the gentleman working was a gem. He was so polite. I left in a better mode than I came with. The food is wonderful as normal. Food makes good restaurants Employees make great restaurants.

Food was good but the drive thru and parking lot is too tight. When big trucks are parked in the lot it’s hard to see people coming around the circle or out of the drive thru. Be careful when it’s packed.

Revolting. I expect shaved beef and I got raw ground beef. Look at this pic! This looks like my husband put ground beef into a pattie and is about to go outside and cook it. This is NOT edible food. I cannot believe this locaction would ever serve this. Disgusting.

I had a horrible experience at this location! Their manager lacks all customer service skills and could use a class in communication and being respectful or at least courteousness in general when having to deal with a problem. Bottom line I had an issue where the employee forgot to add my points prior to cashing me out, he messed up, knew he did and went to get help from his manager with whom. then just threw it at me it was my problem. I should have told him first she said to me! I explained I had and hung my phone with code out the window for him, verbalized for my points, which all their cameras could clearly show if they review their video. She said she wasn’t going to do anything and wouldn’t. Not only with rudeness and sass in her voice but then proceeded to ask what else I needed when they had taken my money and had not given me any of my order. Then gave me my order which 4 out of the 9 items missing I had to the request one by one from her. Most ridiculous experience I had yet; waste of time, no manners and poor food once as did actually get my order. I will never go back and never recommend that location to anyone! I will recommend the mid-rivers, cave-springs, or OFallon locations… NEVER bad customer service ever even if they messed up something or forgot an item. Those locations have always been respectful, courteous and apologetic. Everyone makes mistakes, none of us are perfect. The way we present ourselves in our actions and communication is what is the lasting impression. Simple kindness in words, “I am sorry that happened, I wish I could do more.” can go a long way when it comes to making a customer happy or receiving that resolution to conflict.

Would have been 5 stars, but recently, the quality has changed. In the past, the roast looked sliced, and now the roast beef looks ground up, and it has an odd flavor.

The salted bun is really good. The meat is not really warm but this is the only one I’ve been to so not sure if it’s intended. I’ve gotten cheese on the sandwich 2/3 times. Arby’s is still winning on this street, but it hits the spot every once in a while.
