First we had to call them because someone forgot to unlock the doors. The kids mac n cheese was very dry…we have had it at other locations and it is usually really creamy. I got a baked potato with broccoli and the broccoli was hard like it hadn’t been cooked at all. The roast beef sandwich that my husband and our granddaughter ordered were cold.

I don’t know what is different here than the other ones. They’re always delicious. 3 times here and I never finish the sandwich. Sliced thicker, fattier and chewy. Wives sandwich the same way. Definitely never coming to this one again. Still love all of the others

We arrived when they opened at 10:30. Employees were eating behind the line as they prepared our sandwiches and using profanity. After speaking with the “manager” she implied it wasn’t a big deal. To me, it is unsanitary to feed yourself and construct guests sandwiches. After spending $45 dollars the food went in the trash and we left. Not a pleasant experience and will not return.

Sometimes they really push the limits on the rare meat. Otherwise, when it’s not bleeding on my bun, it’s pretty good stuff. When I’m looking for something quick and different, sometimes I will hit them up… it’s kind of one of those forgotten places, so we don’t go there much tho.

I do not care for any of the food here. I prefer my roast beef to be “done and hot,” not “pink,” and warm.” I do, however, go through and get the “mini” ice cream cones sometimes. It’s just enough for a sweet treat.

The woman taking our order was friendly and the food was great! I got to try Provel cheese on a hearty beef sandwich. It hit the spot. We had a kids meal, king roast beef with macaroni and cheese, and a large roast beef with fries and a variety of sauces.

This location is hit or miss. I hate posting a negative review, especially when it’s an establishment I enjoy… just not this location. They probably need to revamp a little in maintaining standards. With each stop I slowly notice declines. This is updated rating from 4 stars to 1 within a month or two. I don’t have high expectations aside from friendliness, clean environment, hot food, and condiments that are full when sitting out to help ourselves as a customer which saves time for an employee to keep them filled and/or apply attention towards one of the other complaints I had. If these were to change, I’d update this towards a positive review, but at $18.00 everytime I stop there I just expect a little more for my money.

Stopped by here on the way home. One of the best spicy italian beef sandwiches we ever had! The regular roast beef sandwich was good too (looked like real roast beef)! The soup was a little watery but good.
