Both of our regular roast beef sandwiches had kid buns with no sesame seeds and very small. There was also a very small amount of roast beef on the sandwich. The drive through person also asked “is that all” after everything I ordered.

After returning to our hotel, we were going to go in for a quick bite, only to find out the dining room closed at 10 on Friday night. Sign on door said open to 11, but nothing about drive through only. Tried again at about 7 pm on Saturday. Again, dining room closed, drive through only. Very disappointed that there were no signs on door about the dining room being closed.

I hate giving a 1-star, but this was gross. I ordered a regular roast beef and my meat was cold and tasteless. The fries were bland. Sad to say our first experience was not a good one as far as food goes. Customer service wise it was great! Arby’s knocks this place out of the park.

Beef hoagie with onion peppers could have had an onion or two on it, mild peppers and beef were great, but no onions??? Confused about small beverage charge over water only, figured if someone comes in and wants water only, charge for the cup? We ordered $40 worth of lunch and changed for small beverage when water was requested???? I don’t get it

Wow! Just passing through on our way home, and this place has some delicious food. It was so good. Dining room is well-lit and clean. Absolutely loved the condiment bar. Anyone that compares this place to Arby’s is only reading the roast beef. I’m sad we don’t have one of these back home!

I would suppose if you love roast beef? Just purchased the King Roast Beef combo. Basically, plain roast beef on a bun… THATS IT… no sauce, cheese, pickles… just roast beef on a bun. I will go down the road to White Caslte if I were you.

The employees were incompetent and made us repeat our orders many times. I wanted to use two separate cards, we had multiple orders in one car. They used the same card for both orders. They also took forever to get our order in. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
