Please ignore the other reviews that are saying this is the best- they are not true. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Ordered general tsos chicken, chicken fried rice and something similar to happy family. Was not impressed.. honestly don’t want to eat in fear of getting sick. The chicken was soggy and lacked flavor. The vegetables had a smell and an after taste and even the rice was mushy. I think the worst thing of all is that I called the lady to report my concerns and she said that this is the way they have always made it and if I don’t like it then go somewhere else. This is the rudest customer service experience I have ever had.worst Chinese food ever

This was our first time going to this restaurant. The food was pretty good and our order was correct but it took a long time to get our food once we got there. We were told it would be ready in 40 minutes but it took about an hour. I will probably go back but will let them know when I want it to be ready and plan my arrival time accordingly.

Lin’a Wok is amazing! If you want some great Chinese take out, then this should be on the top of your list. When I lived in Powell, I would call them up, place my order and have food in about 20 mins. It’s not far from Nocterra brewing and is a 2 min walk to Ill mannered brewing, so you can grab some beers to go with your meal. It’s hard to choose a favorite in the menu at Lin’s because the food is always great. It makes me sad that I don’t live in Ohio anymore. Go check them out, your stomach will than you!

A pleasant experience interacting with the staff, very friendly ladies from the phone to greeting me when I arrived to pick up my order. Unfortunately, the fork side of this experience was not so pleasant. Gonna be while before I have Chinese again 🙁

Food is bland and mushy. I was told that the order would be ready in 50 minutes, which is fine, when I got to the restaurant I had to wait an additional 25 minutes. Wife and I did not even want to finish our food, or save it for leftovers. Egg rolls were not crispy and food quality was beyond disappointing. Will not be going back and recommend anyone considering to order elsewhere.

I wasn’t happy with the food esp. with the price we paid, but the lady working at the counter was very nice. My spicy wontons had a hair underneath the wontons in the sauce, and the honey chicken was dry. It wasn’t coated or even covered in sauce like the time that I got it before. Husband liked his entree a lot, but thought the portion size was off for the price. I was pretty surprised because we really liked the food the first time we went here. We just stopped going because they don’t carry some of the dishes that we like to get.

Been going here since they opened in the 1990s. Great food and great owners. General Tso’s is awesome. Will be flexible with most dishes if you want to add or subtract items. Cooked fresh to order.

We ordered takeout, they said it’d be an hour which was already a bit long, we went to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready for another 15 minutes. The egg drop soup was nowhere near soup consistency, it looked like pudding. When I called, they told me that’s just how it is. I’ve never had egg drop soup like this. General tso chicken was decent though.
