So, I would probably give this a 2 overall, based on my taste and expectations, but my aunt and uncle would give it a 4 or 5 – they absolutely loved the steak. I thought it was okay. So I am splitting the review and giving it a 3 overall. The menu is very limited. They focus on sirloin (which is not my favorite cut). There are three sirloin choices: ground, regular and prime. We all ordered the prime. The steaks were cooked to the requested temps, with a nice char. The sides were a garden salad (iceberg lettuce, and three cherry tomatoes), and choice of oil and vinegar or the homemade thousand island. We all had the house dressing, which was fine. You get “hash brown” potatoes, a sweet pickled watermelon rind, and garlic bread. I thought the steak and potatoes were bland, but loved the pickled watermelon rind, and the cheesecake dessert. I fixed the steak and potatoes with table salt. My aunt and uncle raved that the steaks and the bread were the best. So, I guess it depends on what you expect and what you are looking for. The view was nice, the restaurant was clean, the service was good. Three dinners, three cheesecakes, one tea, one soda, and one Bloody Mary was $161. I likely would not go back, but they would.

We saw this place advertised in a AAA travel book around 4yrs ago & decided to try it out. We’ve been here 3 times now, whenever we come to Montana. It has become my go to place for the best steak dinner EVER!! I love it so much. So this yr, I told my boyfriend all I wanted for my bday was a steak dinner from Lindey’s & we live in Washington state. It’s a Big deal!!! We always get the meal you can share. The cost is reasonable & doesn’t take long for the food. The ppl are very friendly. There’s a beautiful scenery to view while you’re eating. Oh, & romantic, so much so that I can now say my boyfriend of 4yrs proposed to me after our steak dinner that night & became my husband the next day in Butte Montana another favorite place of ours ❤❤ I recommend this place to all
