We were going to the planetarium and stopped here for lunch. It’s a bar that serves yummy comfort food. We had a black bean patty with an egg on top and a side salad, and 2 hot dogs with fries.

A hot place for undergrad and grad students to visit. They let us throw a big Bollywood part with a minimum order. We doubled that due to our great turnout. It’s more congested than other bars but the people are great and the food serves its purpose.

Good lunch spot in the quieter part of Franklin street – love it.

Service was really terrible. We had to wait at the bar for someone to care enough to sit us down and then we had to wait at the bar again to try to order food. All of the food we got was over cooked and dry. And yet again, we had to stand at the bar and wait to pay so that we could finally leave. Mind you this place was probably at 20% capacity. There was even one person behind the bar who just watched me standing there and did nothing.

Great little bar & grill with many craft beers and as you can see great food and service.

I’ve been going to Linda’s since being a student and it has been a consistent, awesome meeting spot, local pub with great beers and a plethora of shots, cocktails. Now the super part of Linda’s is the amazing and delicious bar food. Their Pot Roast is legendary as are the cheese fries, tots and sweet potato tots. They have actual vegetables that are delicious and great salads. Stop in and check them out!

If you’re looking for a quality, not the place to go the wait staff is run by people who don’t care about who they’re serving. The drinks are not good literally taste like water not worth the price. Food is not worth the price overcook disgusting if you want to wait for 30 minutes to get a single appetizer enjoy going here and if you enjoy being ignored go here.

First time visit, the jerk chicken was recommended to me, and it did not disappoint. I absolutely loved it. Good draft beer selection too!

I have loved coming to Linda’s for the delicious lunches, late-night loaded cheese fries, and the occasional drink with friends. This is a classic location in Chapel Hill that tends to make itself a terrific memory for any university student. The Cuban sliders are my personal favorite meal, and the grilled brussels sprouts are a perfect compliment!
