I’ve been eating breakfast burritos around Denver for 20 years and I have to say that Lily’s Cocina is one of the best I’ve ever had. This vibrant food truck is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but there’s never a huge line and you can always call ahead to pickup. Priced super reasonably for such a big burrito. Taste is amazing, their green Chile is top notch and their chorizo is spiced to perfection, and the tots are straight up amazing. I’ve been afraid of leaving a review because I don’t want to have the secret get out, but damn is this burrito good
