My rib dinner was delicious! Really big meaty beef ribs and the bbq sauce is perfect. Greens and green beans on point! Peach cobbler is amazing, I love the old fashion way of making the peach cobbler crust. Just like growing up. YUM!!!

So ordered c catfish in and fries through DoorDash. I got it in the fish broke up. The fish wasn’t even fried hard. The batter started coming off the fish. The fries are cold not season. I haven’t even started on the banana pudding. The cornbread has no taste, so yeah I’m trying to get my money back for this I don’t know about this four-star because. And they didn’t even put tartar sauce in with the fish. Just really disappointed.

If you’re looking for soul food, this place is very delicious. It’s the best that I’ve had, if me or my family hadn’t cooked it ourselves. It’s in a gas station, so the wait time can be long if it’s busy. Still worth it though. They need a restaurant. You can also order on Ubereats. It’s only take out or delivery.

I should have read reviews before placing order on GrubHub. I ordered ribs with greens, Mac, and green beans. I got cabbage and white rice. The food taste like bad leftovers. The ribs were okay, but there wasn’t much meat. They were mostly bone and fat. Very disappointing!!

The food was horrible! The yams were spoiled (they had a sour taste vs. The sweet candied taste). The yellow rice was bland no flavor whatsoever. The fried chicken tasted old and unseasoned. The Mac and cheese was nasty too. Not sure who is cooking the food but it’s not worth selling it. I came to read the reviews and it’s not surprising that others feel the same way. I was disappointed and wish I’d never tried them (UberEats should remove them from their list). Oh and the cornbread. . .SMH HORRIBLE to say the least. If you as a cook struggle with cornbread you just need to call it quits! This place should not be open for business at least not selling food.

Man let me tell you these oxtails are amazing. All of it was delicious but being I’ve never had them I was in love. So tender and juicy. Falls right off the bone. And Lille Mae is so sweet too. Definitely recommend this gem.

I did read the mix reviews before ordering & sadly to my food was disgusting. I ordered the smothered turkey wings but I got the oxtails. (DoorDash) Now I even ordered yesterday but received a phone call by my driver that my food was not available for order at that time. So I had to cancel. So I tried again today… it was all bad. I couldn’t even eat it. The food just looked old and dry. It tasted as if the food had been there for a couple days.
