This place was 10/10 on every level! Looked for a spot to eat lunch before catching a flight at the Bellingham Airport. I wanted someplace on the water. This restaurant is inside the hotel. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The atmosphere, the view, the service, the food was spectacular! I highly recommend this place to anyone. It is a higher end casual place. Now when I fly to Bellingham, this will be my go to spot.

Unfortunately it was extremely smokey (mid October) when I went so the views were non-existent, but obviously no fault to the establishment. I sat at the bar and had 2 lovely cocktails. Dessert was fantastic! Perfect place for a solo dinner to enjoy a book and treat yourself to dinner.

Went for dinner tonight with my fiance. 2 year anniversary. We were sat quickly and offered drinks in a timely manner, ordered shortly after that. Food was brought in a timely manner and service was great except, my fiances’ fish was over breaded, to the point of falling off on the plate. Very much still edible but for the price not appealing.

Disappointing meal overall at this restaurant. The Pickering Passage oysters in the picture are drowning in cucumber, horseradish, dashi “gel” and did not taste fresh. I had to send them back and the server was not very pleasant about the situation. The clam chowder was ok. The roasted sun chokes in a Meyer lemon sauce were delicious, but under roasted. There are so many great restaurants in Bellingham, I would not recommend this place.

We had never been to the lighthouse bar and grill before. We were in Bellingham for a brunch cruise. On Saturday we decided to go out to dinner and we’re looking for a nice place. This facility is beautiful and the view is great. We thought the service was also very good. However, I think the food was probably less than first rate. I had the halibut which was quite expensive but it was a little on the tough side, maybe a bit overcooked. My wife had a steak, which was good, but probably not as good as it was expensive.
