Love love love living in the beautiful Tx Hill Country, even though its exceptionally hard to find a restaurant that offers great food, wine, service and ambiance. Liberty Bistro scored perfectly on all four counts!! The swordfish was amazing – as was the rest of the meal. Gluten free, dairy free? No hesitation, no issues here! Incredible wine list, stellar service. My new favorite restaurant!!!

the only reason I am writing this review is because of my disdain for this joint. its LOUD, i mean really loud. not the fun kind of loud. the service was TERRIBLE. Ordered NY pizza which was really good but not worth the HOUR wait. the tables are right next to each other so odds are you’re going to be huddled next to a group of lonely whining, jabbering, middle-aged women wearing every kind of tacky accessory you can think of sipping on a “Cosmo” pretending they’re the Sex and the City girls.

Absolute TOPS. we used to go to Myrons but ther clientail now mostly includes Larry the cable guy with hairy arm pits sitting next to your table Barbara would NEVER permit that This menu is a solid gourmet’s prize

I love the lamb with grits, I get it every time, they also have a wonderful wine selection and an amazing atmosphere.

Unfortunately this place is closed now. It’s really a shame. The atmosphere was awesome and the food was equally impressive. It was one of our favorite places to eat when we went through New Braunfels.
