We celebrated an anniversary here recently. The food was not only delicious, but their crab cake was the best I’ve ever had!! There was a bit of confusion about the water options and we unexpectedly paid for an $8 bottle of mineral water. I’m happy we ate at the start of the evening because the wait time was substantial when we were leaving. While it was too hot to dine outside, the views were beautiful!

Good afternoon friends. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday at this restaurant. Very nice view from the 10th floor. The order was made in advance. Beautiful and cozy atmosphere. Attentive waiters. The cuisine is very tasty. The order was prepared quickly and beautifully. We spent $220 for a family of 5. The food is beautifully presented, very large portions. Thanks for the good time with the family.

Located on the 10th floor of the AC Hotel, Level 10 is not a chain restaurant, it is Spartanburg’s Finest Steak and Seafood restaurant. Level 10 offers both indoor and outdoor seating, the also offer a beautiful private dining room with its own private balcony, it is the sixth restaurant opened by the Rick Erwin Dining Group.

Dined there recently. The food was very good and the service(after we were seated) was very good. My complaint lies with their reservations/seating policy. We were about 10 – 12 minutes early for a 6:00pm reservation…..the restaurant was not busy at all. They wanted to make us wait until 6:00 to be seated. Terrible policy…….pls change it.

My husband and I went to dinner the other night here and it was fantastic! Rick Erwin’s level on 10 is a gem! My husband ordered the steak with a side of baked mac and cheese and I ordered the sesame crusted salmon. We had the calamari appetizer and homemade bread. It was delicious! We were well taken care of by Deanna and Maddy. Their hospitality in addition to the atmosphere and good food made our experience memorable and fun. We would highly recommend Rick Erwin’s level on 10 for anyone wanting a genuinely superb dining experience.

My wife, I and friends ate her for her birthday. We made reservations and was able to sit outside. It was beautiful!! Our server was Madeline who gave us great recommendations on drinks and food. For an appetizer we had the crab fritters and Brussel sprouts. I also had the She Crab Soup. For dinner my wife had the Signature Surf and Turf and I had Blackened Grouper. Both were terrific!! For dessert we had the crème brûlée. Overall, the ambiance, service, food and drinks were all great!! I would recommend coming here and ask for Madeline for your server!!

We had my birthday dinner here and overall the experience was spectacular. We had a private balcony with a group of our friends and the views were out of this world. The food was great. My only “negative” was their pricing was more expensive then most restaurants in the Upstate but the food portions were the smallest I’ve ever seen. I just feel if you pay $200+ for 2 people you shouldn’t leave hungry. But the staff was amazing and atmosphere wonderful so we had a great experience.

For an upscale restaurant it missed the mark by a lot. The food was yummy but the service was seriously lacking. Disappointed that our main courses were brought out at different timings; a table’s entrées should be served together not spaced several minutes apart. The waitress was not attentive and had to be asked multiple times for drinks which she forgot just as many times. She disappeared far too many times and for far too long. As it was a week night the restaurant was not very busy at all, only a hand full of tables on the patio, one table inside, and a few patrons at the bar. The view was spectacular! I’d go back for some of the food and the view but I’d leave it to other restaurants for the fine dinning experience. We ordered appetizers, entrées, and desserts which took right at about two and a half hours for everything to be delivered because of the gorgeous sunset view I didn’t mind as much as I would have without it.

One of our five entrees was wrong; don’t know if the waitress or the kitchen messed it up. So we had hot food on the table getting cold while they tried to get the correct entree. But it took too long, so we started eating while one person still waited. Awkward! We had seared scallops, tuna, tortellini and seared duck breast. The food was nicely presented and tasted great except for the duck breast. There was no sear on the skin leaving that part of the meat all mushy. I did not enjoy my meal. Expected better from Rick Erwin.
