An LIC gem. An amazing pizza and wine night! Plus, the appetizers make this an amazing night out. The beet appetizer was artistic and delicious! The octopus was a great portion for three and also delicious, loved the sauce and seasoning. The pizza was amazing!! We had the levante and then the margarita with garlic (prob would do the regular next time). Wine was good! Preferred the wine from Piedmont over the Super Tuscan. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great italian restaurant. I love how the dishes actually tasted like how they were italian, and not americanized like most of the other restaurants. The staff were really nice and the environment/atmosphere was cozy and sweet. Went here for dinner and it was delicious as well. Also really liked the way that the interior was done. I really recommend the 4 cheeses pizza. It was AMAZING.

Staff was very attentive and decor is very stylish. Nice small, space thay doesn’t have the hustle of nearby eateries. The Campangola pizza, focaccia, and lentil soup were very well made and fresh. Great place for a sit down lunch. Will definitely return.

Squid ink pasta was very unappetizing and tasted pretty awful so had to send it back. Restaurant also only had one server working on a busy night. Ordered a pizza after and it was decent

REALLY wish we could give 1/2 Stars so this could be a 4.5. Levante is a love letter to Italy, from Tuscany to Naples.

Very lovely attentive, and kind service. Really nice place. Too bad they do not know how to use and take advantage of the wood-burning fully pizza oven. The pizzas were thick as a quarter of an inch (more like a focaccia bread), overcooked (the pizza is now hard), and made of poor quality flower (maybe here I am referring more to the quality of the dough) and ready yeast (impossible to digest)—a disgusting pizza. I had and overpaid a very, very small burrata, with what I have to admit, an excellent prosciutto crudo di Parma. Nevertheless, pizza aside, I will give this place another try, this time trying their pasta dishes

come here for the pizza and drinks. the pizza was some of the best we’ve had in LIC, and the drinks were shockingly good. their focaccia that comes with your meal is also really solid. the ambiance is great, and it’s definitely a gem in LIC with how much seating there is! the octopus was also delicious- tender and with highlighted with subtle flavors. i thought the ragu pasta was okay (a bit too heavy), but not worth ordering considering how good everything else was.

I was incredibly impressed by the food, service and speed of Levante. I was in NYC for about three months for work, and this was the first pizza I had there where I really enjoyed it over most pizzas I have eaten.

Lovely chill spot, bar is a wonderful place to meet someone if you come in alone, or meet up with someone if you have a someone. Food is great, nothing fancy, but very well executed and true to Italian roots. Pizza and antipasti are highlights. The bartender Sean, however, is the true standout — effortlessly charismatic and instantly a pleasure to be around. He is just instant vibes, and is truly the soul of this place. Say the word and he’ll make you a delicious custom cocktail at the drop of a dime. I really should become a regular here, but too bad I live all the way in Bushwick.
