Quality has fallen off the cliff. Got a chicken finger pita . Used to be loaded with thick slices of a chicken patty. Now it’s mainly iceberg lettuce filler and tiny shreds of mostly-breading chicken. Pretty weak. Buddy got a Greek salad with a dusting of feta in a shallow bowl, certainly didn’t look like the front of the menu. We all know there are good Leo’s and bad Leo’s. I’d put this in the bad category. Bathroom was also really dirty.

Honestly disappointed with my takeout order. For 11$ my pita should come with fries. At the very least he full. Got a Buffalo chicken finger pita and only got 4 little strips of chicken. The rest was all lettuce and tomato. Legit. Only half my pita had chicken. Chili cheese fries my fiancé got was a tiny little handful of fries and a boat load of chili and cheese. Just because I ordered take out and didn’t dine in doesn’t mean I should get less food. Do better.

We’ve been here several times and placed numerous carry out orders, but we’ve decided not to return. The front desk staff (ladies that also answer the phone to take to-go orders) always have an attitude and seem irritated to be working. I’ve experienced the displeasing attitude on several occasions (in person and over the phone orders). It ruins the dining experience.

Me and my fiance decide to stop there after an outing for lunch, the waiter was very rude from the start. She brought us out to straws that had brown stains on the wrapper and two cups of water that looked like she had just rinsed the cups out in the sink. When I asked her could me have two new straws she raised her voice at me and was very rude. After that me and my fiance decided to cancel our orders and leave and her reply was cool. The whole atmosphere of this place was unsettling when we walked in as if we were not welcomed there. I have never experienced this much disrespectfullness at this degree from a Leo’s restaurant and we have visited many of Leo’s restaurants.

Disgustingly dirty at 10 am! Bathroom clearly not cleaned since prior day, if then, trash overflowing, facility just dirty. Dining area floors, windows, even wait staff area computer screens, just gross! Husband said men’s bathroom was just as bad. Love Leo’s food, wait staff is ok, but won’t be back to this location.

Probably the worst service and food I’ve ever had from a Leo’s. Only 2 other tables in the restaurant. Ordered chicken tenders that came out cold and mushy like they were sitting there for hours (probably were). Chili cheese fries with barely half a plate of fries, barely any chili and crusty cheese. 2 sides of fries for the other 2 meals that came on small plates barely half full. Waitress took my water when it wasn’t even half empty before we got the food and never brought it back… had to ask twice for a new water? Asked for BBQ and ranch had to ask 3 more times after the food was brought out for BBQ. Got the bill and the fries were not on it, when we went to pay the owner noticed and made a new bill with the fries on it and gave us attitude about it. If it’s really that hard to wait on 3 tables then maybe you’re in the wrong line of work… definitely do not recommend and will not be returning to this location.

My boyfriend and I have ordered from here multiple times and they have messed up on something every single time. They always forget our ranch, and tonight we ordered curly fries and they were so over cooked and hard I could barely bite into them without feeling like I was going to break my tooth. Every time we order fries from here they are never right, either over cooked or taste like the oil hasn’t been changed in a very long time but tonight was the worst. We called them up to get another curly fry, and they messed up again and gave us the regular straight fries! From now on I will not be going to this location. I would rather have McDonald’s…they are better than this Leo’s.

I want to order a Greek salad with grilled chicken. The chicken looks like it was in a grinder and kind of burnt. Waitresses are all teenyboppers held up in back booth gossiping and looking miserable. they put different chicken on, but acted like it was a big deal.
