I ordered Plain grilled cheese with extra cheese. I didn’t even want to try. They didn’t even melt the cheese. My husband got some sausage 2 eggs over easy and hash browns. I saw a hair on his hash browns after he ate some eggs and sausage. Very disappointed.

Almost gave 0 stars because they were playing Buffalo Bills vs KC Chiefs playoff game from last year…When Michigan was playing! The absurdity…however my son liked watching that game. The food was good. The customer service was solid. The restaurant was clean. And they probably would have switched to the U of M game if I asked.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a veggie stir fry and a chicken stir fry for my mom and I, it was burnt, flavorless, barely had any veggies in it or chicken. I called to complain and was told I had to either bring the food back up there or I could get 10% off my next meal….. Seriously???!!! 10% off…. Why should I have to drive back up there with high gas prices when you guys don’t know how to NOT burn food. Not only that, but I would have to wait for the food to be made again. This place is a joke with horrible customer service. I’ve been going to the Leo’s off of haggery and Ann arbor road for over a decade and I get the chicken stir fry 90% of the time and it has always been made very very well. I do NOT recommend going to to this place, and of you do check your food before you leave, and definitely taste it. The owner of this place should be ashamed offering 10% off your next meal when it’s their fault my food is messed up. Try getting a book and putting people’s names in it and FULLY replacing the meal. Horrible horrible customer service, steer clear of this place unless you enjoy burnt flavorless food. I’m really curious if the owner is going to reach out, but they probably won’t, that would mean they actually have to do their job.

Leo’s is generally an awesome place to go but not this time at this location. The grilled chicken was cold and the staff appeared distracted. It was an expensive $18 cold grilled chicken sandwich.

Such a great Business! Great food , every time ! Place is very clean , workers are very attentive and friendly. Eat there time to time when am in that area , absolutely addicted to their Chicken Greek salad. Just ordered their Chicken Steer Fry and loved it ! Very generous portion, all ingredients were done just right not over not under. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
