Really nice, remote location. There is a hot bar there with wonderful daily lunch specials. The shrimp boys there are fantastic. The difference is in the bread they use. must be tried!

Had lunch, Tuesday July 11. Hot sausage po-boy, great. Wife had a breakfast sandwich on a croissant with bacon and egg. Both were a very good portion for a great price. Old but clean establishment, with 1 unisex restroom. Friendly employees. No alcohol. I would recommend and return. Only breakfast and lunch hours.

First impressions are lasting impressions! The energy was great, friendly service and the food was pretty good. I like that every piece of food WAS NOT heavily seasoned. It was refreshing! Little hideaway that I didn’t know existed. Inexpensive in my opinion and nice portions.

Nice atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and food was fresh. A bit costly for a salad but it was well worth it in the end. Place could use a little TLC but other than that it was a pleasant experience. A mixture of “soul food” and common menu items. Parking can be a bit of a challenge depending on the time of day you decide to visit. Good vibes though. Will visit again!

Wonderful simple local food that is super yummy. The poboys are great and the daily specials are made with care.

1st time here and the food was awesome. Stayed right around the corner at the Hampton Inn. Very convient to walk to. Each day has a different plate lunch. Also serves poboys, sandwiches, and seafood.

The staff was friendly. The place was clean. The food was delicious…we had the meatloaf with mash potatoes and green beans a slice of french bread. The meatloaf was delicious. The mash potatoes were real, not instant and we’re so good. The green beans were okay.

Had lunch there today, we both ordered two fried oyster sandwiches. The oysters tasted different like from a can and the batter tasted weird & mushy.. Needless to say we both got food poisoning off of the sandwiches. The other girl in our party got a hamburger and she said it was wonderful. Maybe from now on we just won’t order the fried seafood.
