We came in and ordered the fajita chicken and Philly cheesesteak, medium size. The interior was clean, service was quick, and the wait time for our subs wasn’t that long. However, the quality was subpar. The chicken fajita was inedible due to how salty it was (and I like salt). The Philly cheesesteak was dry and underwhelming.

The food was delicious, fresh, and hot. I have to take a star away 2 because I ordered a 15″ and paid for a monster, and they gave me what they wanted. This had happened way too many times for my comfort level or pleasure. I do not appreciate paying for one thing and getting another. Secondly, it seems to be a repetitive thing of this location running out of bread or items to make sandwiches.

I’m a big Lenny’s customer but it’s time to move on. This is the second time my order was lacking the quality of my past experiences. I don’t think the bacon on my sandwich was cooked/heated at all. Very disgusting to bite into a sandwich and all I taste is solid bacon fat. Highly disappointed will never order from here again. Quality is not what it use to be, don’t waste your time and money here.

I received great customer service but I paid for extra meat and it definitely was not, I’m very very disappointed. I knew they didn’t put a lot of meat but the fact that I paid more and still didn’t have but what should be considered regular is angering!

This was my first time eating here and it was a very cold sandwich they did not ask if I wanted it warm or toasted. I ask for a half and half drink and they said they did not have any tea made so I had to go with just lemonade. The fountain did not have ice. So I had to drink my lemonade as is. The first statement I made to the cashier was it’s my first time eating here. Hoping she could guide me through the menu. I literally had to figure it out. I will never eat here again. Thanks for the bad experience.
