Great service before I opened my Philly cheese steak sandwich at home. Why would you give someone a sandwich that looks like it’s falling apart. My son took it out and bit it and said Mom it looks weird. So I looked at it and it was indeed on some pieced together crumbling bread.

Cooper-Young location… I spent $17!!! Ordered the Chicken Philly. Got home and it was almost all bread, not much meat, hardly any toppings except a lot of the relish. What happened?? You all used to be great, my go-to for deli. Now I have to find another location or restaurant. I feel… no, I WAS ripped off.

Nasty! Don’t eat Lenny’s on Cooper street!! Waited for 40 minutes for 3 sandwiches, lettuce was awful, meat was sliced so thick! Y’all need new employees that communicates with the customers!

When busy they close down to online only orders and turn away walk ins. The lenny’s is fairly out of the way for me. The employees are super friendly and the food is great but it seems like someone in charge decides to turn me away, multiple times, if they have a lot of orders. Which gets me to find somewhere else to go. And not come back.

I am very pleased with the staff change at this location. I’m a frequent eater of the Chicken Philly but recently in the last months I haven’t been due to the dryness and lack of taste. However, the chef named Steve at this location completely changed the game with the sandwich. It was cooked perfectly with a lot of moisture and superb seasoning. The man deserves a raise because about 10 of my friends stopped eating here due to horrible experiences but will be returning soon.

I’m given a good review, because I went on BOGO free day. I still was dissatisfied with my Chicken Philly sandwich. The meat was dry and it was very sloppy. Overall this is my favorite Lenny’s and I guess they were short staffed.

Shanika, took my order. She was great, politely asked that I take the online service. All she really did, was her job. It seems tough to find people like her these days. Especially where we live.
