Calamari was delicious. Spring roll was ok? Not much flavor at all. Vietnamese Salad was terrible. The menu does not say there are onions and sautéed mushrooms in it. It ruined the whole dish. The sauce seemed watered down and had no taste. The pork was thin and had no flavor and was over cooked. Worst Vietnamese salad ever and I have had many of these in different restaurants. There was about 2 cups of cooked onion and mushroom. It was horrible tasting. I couldn’t eat it. I’m so disappointed, it seems like they are cutting corners and trying to save money.

I used to love eating here. The food is good. But at least 5 times over the last year the service is terrible. Twice, it was just us and another table and we waited over 20min just to order drinks. We kept giving them another try but at this point, we’re done. GH Thai and Thai Hut are great alternatives.

I’m usually a burger and fries kind of guy, but this place was really good. I ha the green curry chicken. They gave me an option of how spicy I wanted it (1-5). I choose 2 (I’m kind of a wuss). Good lunch though. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff.

We ordered 2 Pad See Ew and it was absolutley uneditable!!! We moved here from Cali so we know what good Pad See Ew should taste like and the ingredients and how flavorful it is, this was just Awful!! $52.00 for 2 small take out portions,way overpriced and just really bad quality! Undercooked slimy noodles, poorly steamed broccoli zero sauce on the noodles and zero taste! When we called to complain the worker who answered was rude, then handed the phone over to I guess the manager or owner who also was not very friendly and Very defensive. That being said we would Never go back because we want to be able to at least eat our overpriced food not have to throw it away.

I really wanted to like this restaurant, but the last few times I’ve visited, the whole experience was unfortunate. The restaurant seems short staffed, and I received really poor customer service. Took forever to be seated even though it was nowhere near busy. I was given the wrong tables food and was ignored for the duration I was there. Prices are too high for the quality you actually get. If you are craving Vietnamese, I highly recommend trying out any of the other local options.

It used to be 10 star place to eat. The last 5x we have been there everything has diminished. Yesterday was the worse. Very inconsistent and just bad. I had the pho and it did not taste anything like it used to be. JUST BAD!!!!

I ordered a nice meal for some friends who came to town as well as family. My fiancee’s father found a wadded paper towel soaked in soy sauce in his pork Pad See Ew. When my fiancee called to tell them about the issue they yelled at her and said it wasn’t their fault and they could never make that mistake. They then claimed someone in our group must have been playing a practical joke. Why would someone do that when you order a nice meal to eat with family and friends? They refused to refund any part of my meal. I would have been happy if they had refunded just the meal that they made a mistake on or at least admitted they might have made a mistake and looked into it. Don’t eat here. They have the worst customer service. This is a serious issue that could have made my fiancee’s father very sick. I will never eat here again!!!

Came here on Monday, when pretty much every other restaurant in Gig Harbor and tacoma seem to be closed these days. So I was very happy to have this restaurant open. The waitress/bartender deftly Welcomed and served the entire restaurant single-handedly. And she did it with the upmost cheer it was very impressive.
