After having the thought of wanting to eat somewhere we usually don’t, we decided on Legends. We picked up a to go order of wings, even after a 30 min drive home the wings were still steaming hot. We agreed they were the best wings we’ve had in a long time! The honey BBQ and Garlic were fire!

On Thursday, March 23, 2023, I ate at Legends American Grill. I ordered the regular size Beef Taco Salad which came with Sour Cream, then Salsa and Honey Mustard toppings on the side. After I had eaten on it about a half hour, it looked like I hadn’t even put a dent in it! When I finally finished eating (about another half hour), what was left completely filled a large to-go container!

From the appetizer to the meal and even dessert, everything was fantastic! Good service, and nice atmosphere. I wish there were still locations in the Des Moines metro. I’m glad that this one is still around. I definitely recommend it if you are in the area.

The bartender is great!! My friend and I came in to watch the World Cup game and he had it on for us within two minutes of sitting down. Super friendly person and quick service. Frequently checked up on us as well

This must be a fun sports bar, because there are screens everywhere. A TV at every table, so I bet that’s awesome. The food was ok. On Tuesdays kids eat for a dollar! So yay!
