I was excited to give this restaurant a try, but the quality of the food is just not there. The only redeeming part of my experience was the host who was nice and clearly stretched thin between this store and the boba stand. Please step up the food quality.

I ordered a hot pot to go, the combo, that included beef,seafood, pork and they didn’t put anything inside besides a couple pieces of fish and shrimp. There was no ramen included. Who just eats hot pot with just rice. They got it to my house fast but 30$ for just the soup base. No liquid ls and a couple tiny pieces of shrimp and fish. And it had no flavor. Probably would be slightly better dine in.

Not the best place for food. Purchased Pork Steamed Bun. Item received seemed to be from frozen food stock. Pe a pod leaves were very salty. Disappointing!

When we arrived we waited to be seated and then we’re handed over an iPad to place our order there. Waitress only brought us the water and some paper plates to eat off of, I assume because of the portion size we were given plates to share the food amongst us. A machine brought the food over to us which we thought was neat only thing was that the music played by the robot was really loud and quite obnoxious, but considering it could be to give people a heads up that the robot was coming., to prevent any accidents from happening. We were enjoying our food up until the point when we saw the cook started to clean up the kitchen area. He began by spraying some sort of degreaser to the grill, cooking area and then proceeded to add more cleaning solution directly to the pots where food is made. What made this really bad was that he proceeded to submerge a brush THAT WAS ON THE FLOOR, into that cleaning solution in the pot where foot was being made minutes prior to that. To us this seemed very unsanitary as the brush was literally attached to a broom stick and was on the floor the whole time before he began to “clean”. When my husband paid he tried to explain to the lady if this was common practice for them, she acted like she didn’t know what my husband was talking about and pretty much ignored him and walked away. For this reason we will not be back, the food was decent but grossed me out to think under what conditions is being made especially considering the price of the food.
