Had dinner here while in town. Nice place with great atmosphere. Thought the prices of wine were a little steep but I’m comparing them to my homestate, FL.

Super fresh seafood, the dishes where delicious. The service from the time we arrived was very attentive and very accommodating. Great dining experience overall.

Relaxing and nice atmosphere where we didn’t have to yell to hear each other speak.

Great food, as usual. Had Crabroll (awesome!) with coleslaw (very fresh) and fries (good taste at first but were soggy very quickly). The waitress was pleasant but too long between table visits, considering there weren’t many people there. Waited a while for bill considering we’d already finished our drinks.

If you want to have a great experience at the Legal C Bar in Lynnfield asked to sit a Nicole table. She is a great service representative of Legal Seafood. She is patient, attentive to detail and funny. She made our dining experience delightful. The food was excellent. Scallops were not plentiful only 7 scallops for $37. We were told the meals were measured by weigh. Atmosphere was great. The patio seating with ceiling fans was perfect to reduce the humidity.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. I got the Mexican street cod. The fish was the freshest and amazingly cooked. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. If you’re in the area and want sea food. Go for it

Drinks are okay, however I had high hopes for their food and as a seafood restaurant I was very disappointed at their lobster roll. The lobster roll had very little flavor and it was dry and the sauce was literally butter only, eewww! I have traveled a ton due to my business all around the country and I’ve had fantastic lobster rolls and seafood in general. However this restaurant charges you five star food prices but gives you a 2 star quality. My professional advice, management needs to revamp the menu and hire a world-class chef because the food I ate was worth $8.99 not $45. Again I speak of a place of experience. Good luck!

We just ate at the Legal C Bar in Lynnfield a place we have been to many times and always loved the food and service. Today however, was a terrible experience. Service was excellent, waitress was wonderful, and manager very accommodating. We ordered the baked haddock which we had to send back twice as it was gray, raw and slimy in the middle. We were told they have a new cooking staff and continuously apologized to us. Waitress and manager suggested we order something else which we did. Fried fish sandwich was not the best. Fish did not taste fresh. I am sorry to say we will never return to this location. Maybe in the future try the Peabody location. They did not even comp us for the inconvenience in the time waiting for meals. The waitress did give us a”free” small dessert.

Place was clean and not crowded. We asked to be seated outside under the outdoor cover. I got the fish taco ~ its a little messy eating for me but yummy! Only thing was asking for condiments; takes awhile to get it after request for sides.

Have always enjoyed the quality of the food here but our last 3 visits have been quite disappointing. I often order the Cajun Yellowfin medium rare. In the past the tuna steak was perfectly blackened and pink/rare in the middle. Tonight it was just a small square of tuna with no seasoning. When I sent it back I expected they would redo the dish. Instead it came back out and it was clear they had sprinkled some seasoning on it and threw it back the grill. As a result, there was still very little seasoning and the filet was overcooked and dry. To add insult to injury the plate came back with the same (now cold and soggy) fries and cold broccoli au gratin with a now congealed white sauce. At this point I gave up since the other diners with me were holding off eating until I had my food. We didn’t need the whole table to be eating cold food.
