I thoughrouly enjoyed our visit here. I did not realize how big the servings would be otherwise my 2 kids that got grilled shrimp and fries would’ve shared 1 order between the 2 of them. The Gumbo was great. We loved the nachos and the shrimp pasta. My kids loved the atmosphere and everyone was very kind and polite from the woman who sat us, to the server who took our order to the manager who stopped by the table just to ask if everything was going well. Yes the prices are high but I have no complaints as to the quality of food and service. In my opinion it was money well spent…I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

To be honest, we came here because we forgot to make reservations somewhere, there were multiple conventions in town so nearly every restaurant was booked. Being a bit off the tourist routes, this place had room for us. Are we ever glad we made the decision to eat here!

First off, the place looks cool. Love the industrial vibe, but the compliments stop there. The food was not worth the price at all. The tots were the only good thing, past that, the burger was dry and was 100% a frozen patty. But worst off was the service. The ONLY smile we saw was the hostess. After that, the AC wasn’t as chilly as our server. We were literally one of two couples there, so it wasn’t a matter of being busy. Instead our server came to our table of her own volition once. The rest of the time she stayed on her freakin phone, in plain sight, for the entire hour we were there. Never once asked if we needed anything, never said hello or anything. The warmest she got was saying thanks as she dropped off the check and went back to her phone. We honestly shouldn’t have even left a tip, but we’re not like that, but she literally didn’t do anything.

I was a little nervous to try at first. When we walked in there was absolutely NO ONE there but the staff.

First time eating here. In town for a volleyball tournament, the restaurant is super close to the hotel. The food is amazing. The atmosphere was great.

The food was too much to finish and our waitress was friendly as could be. I had the delicious Cajun Scramble. Warning: the hash browns (potatoes) are drippy with grease, but crispy.

Went looking for beignets and found thus on our way to a museum. Fabulous! Not pictured was the granola parfait, beautiful and delicious.

Our waitress Stephanie was phenomenal. The food was great. There were 9 of us and we all got something different. We got right in at 6:00pm on a Saturday night. Highly recommend the bread pudding. It will make your knees buckle. So good! Prices here are very reasonable for New Orleans.

I made a reservation for 10 about 4 days in advance, this was not an issue. We did have to have our whole party there in order to be seated. The atmosphere of this place is beautiful, which part of what attracted me to putting it on my ‘want to go’ list. I had the hook, line & sinker cocktail from their menu it was good but they did not have my ideal tequila brands, Casamigos or Don Julio. The food was subpar unfortunately. We ordered the crawfish cornbread skillet for $13.95. It tasted good, but it did not come in a skillet, it came in a cup. It would only be a big enough appetizer for 2 max if both people are not that hungry. I had the redfish st Charles, would not recommend it was rubbery not flakey. The shrimp breaux bridge pasta was good, I would get that again. One of my friends said the brisket was not the best, I did not try it.

THEY ARE STRUGGLING! Entrees were 100% microwaved! My shortrib was “worse than Hungryman” as my husband put it. We left it uneaten. Our app was miniature; $15 crawfish skillet (pictured) comes in a souffle with no garnish. They were definitely underwater, but we couldn’t figure out why. We saw multiple hosts, runners, (maybe a manager), and 3 servers. The only one with an excuse was the bartender who was flying solo. Staff is pleasant enough. We tipped, but these locals won’t return.
