Fried chicken is juicy, and the batter is crunchy. Dry finish, not oily at all.

This place is a serious a hidden GEM! I had tried many different places to find the authentic Taiwanese fried chicken cutlets and I finally found it! It has the crispiness, juiciness and the right flavor that matches what I had in Taiwan.

Was hoping the chicken steak was crispy but was served soggy. The flavor was ok. I (Japanese) liked the sticky rice with a hint of shiitake flavor but my Lao boyfriend didn’t.

This was our second time ordering from Lee’s Taiwanese comfort food which is known for their Taiwanese night market style fried chicken. When we visited Lee’s shop the first time about a month ago, their signature item, the Fried Chicken Steak is super tender, the breading was very light and authentic to the Taiwanese comfort food taste and the seasoning was on the spot but a bit salty. But again, it was COMFORT FOOD!

Terrible customer service. Asked for little spicy and the guy drenched it in cayenne, then says sorry we’re Asian its really spicy. Avoid for bad prices and bad customer service.

Terrible garbage food. Took a couple bites of the BBQ chicken and had to throw it away. Rubbery, tasteless, and the breading oozed off it. Served in a plastic bag with no utensils – how are you supposed to eat this? Service took forever – definitely not worth the wait. Rice that came with it tasted very very old, like it had been sitting under warming lights for days.
