Came during lunch to come grab a turkey avocado sandwich. Overall great sandwich, plenty of sitting on the inside. I was greeted by an indifferent staff person and ambiance was bland. Free 90 minute parking in the Downtown city garages.

The sandwich was good and fresh. Baguette was a bit crunchy – the banana drink is why I say 3 starts and not 5. The banana drink taste like banana laffy taffy gross

The outside looked like it was located at an old shopping center but as I entered the restaurant it was very nice and clean. They followed the safety guidelines in social distancing. Restroom clean and everything looked sanitized. The variety of food they offer was freshly prepared or baked and the smell to the Baguettes they sell was inviting. Me and my husband ordered, spam and egg sandwiches, curry chicken, steamed pork buns, shrimp spring rolls and chicken n meatball kabobs. Beverages we nice and cold as well and I can say that their staff keeps the entire place clean.

Got a couple sandwiches and drinks for take out. Ordered the #5 and #6 BBQ banh mi. Both were very good, but I’d ask for extra jalapeño or spicy sauce next time. The French bread was good and crispy, the meat was a little scarce, but it was pretty delicious. I also picked up a bag of lychee gummy candy. They were ok by themselves, but putting them in the freezer made them excellent!!!

Their Vietnamese iced coffee is my absolute favorite. Creamy and delicious. Friendly staff, clean environment, and lots of yummy Vietnamese food selections.

Had the Banh Mi and iced coffee and honestly had zero complaints. I can imagine that it can get a bit crowded in there however they really try to accommodate with qr codes in the lines and etc. Honestly I thought I hated banh mis but the large selection of sandwiches will probably appeal to you. The coffee was also really good, however extremely sweet.

I love Lee’s, but this location is easily the GOAT here in Santa Clara County. The variety is very tough to beat. I love walking in and finding the dumplings on the counter first thing in the morning. I think they take the ones from the hot shelf and package them up which make them slightly crisp and soft.
