Don’t get me wrong. I love Lee’s sandwiches and their prices. This is about the location, though, and this location (though cleaner than most) could be a lot cleaner. There’s a ring of dirt around the baseboards and trash cans from the mops. The bathroom door had black grime around the edge. A little degreaser and some time, and this place could be sparkling. It would definitely be better than the one in Artesia.

The Vietnamese sandwiches here are okay. They’ll do in a pinch. The sandwiches have good meat to veggie to bread ratios. I suggest eating the sandwiches as soon as possible because even after a few hours the bread gets far too chewy. The service is also fairly quick.

I eat here often. We ordered online for the first time and I’m disappointed this time. I ordered extra protein for a sandwich but received a regular sandwich. Not what I was expecting. Wish I could post a picture of the sadness.

Typical prices for a Lee’s sandwiches franchise. The only issue when we were there as that this location was pretty slow on service. Small parking in front but there is a nice private outdoor seating.

the sandwiches are just ok, it’s the Vietnamese coffee here that I love. I will say though, I do not like how they try to hustle and the prices you see on the menu never end up being the full price you pay. I came in for a lunch special and ended up being charged over $5 more. Before paying, I asked the employee to specify and he tried to mumble and point to items on the receipt that made no sense. I never asked for an upgrade or larger size? I will not return. Poor business practice and shady ethics.

One of the best stores in the area, They have great sandwich’s. Their staff are well mannered and very clean. The owner (Ryan) is a great person, very welcoming and exception customer service. I would give them 5 stars to every aspect of this sandwich place.

The vanilla iced coffee is delicious but our favorite thing to order are the breakfast croissant sandwiches. My go-to is ham, cheese and egg & I add onion. The bread is soft yet theres a lite crisp, cheese is nice and melty & ham is thick, the onions just give it that little kick it needs. The employees are always nice & the service is fast.
