Very pleased with our meal . I got the new Nashville chicken Mac and cheese bowl . It was quite tasty. My sister got sliders and Mac and cheese . And the cashier was wonderful.He recommended the combo which saved us money . Great service. The owner was quite nice and expedited our order quickly. The best place to save money and get full.

I bought an 8 pack family meal with sides and extra side and a straw biscuits. The girl who worked at the window was not very friendly. I asked for honey and she handed me 3 packets. The sarcastic “have a lovely day” was her last comment before she shut the window. I spent $40.

Don’t ever come in an order a bag of ice. Results include: an employee who is clearly disgruntled about the order cussing up a storm from the back, an overfilled bag that isn’t tied at the top & they charge double than what they used to for it! Have been a loyal customer for years and years (not just for ice, food too) Seriously some of the most aggressive and unprofessional behavior I have ever seen in ANY restaurant. If ordering ice is some kind of problem there now, maybe they should have a sign up about no longer being able to provide it rather than upcharging and throwing a fit. Definitely offended and definitely do NOT plan on returning for food especially now that there are numerous places to eat fried chicken around here. Absolutely disappointed as I’ve been coming to this establishment for decades, sad to see it go downhill.

Went in for a 2 piece strip meal. There was no one in the dining room. Got carry out. Order was completed rather quickly. However the order consisted of only four items in the meal, and they missed the biscuit. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but the meal was over $8. Maybe the crew should concentrate on accuracy instead of personal conversations.

The splurge for my husband’s birthday was a chicken meal from Lee’s. I ordered and they did not include the coleslaw. I called and was told to come through drive-thru and they would make good. This would be ok, if I had not driven 10 miles home already. I did not go back to get it after driving all the way home. They had 4 people call off and the guy said they were struggling. (Tells you something about the store) Now my husband was eating his chicken and two pieces were not cooked all the way. A bit bloody. Thank you for ruining my husband’s birthday dinner. Not again.

I attended this Lee’s today. I originally got this sweet woman named Daisy. Who supposedly was that shift manager. I ordered 39 dollars worth of food for my boss and two other people. I didn’t check my food before I left but it was a busy day outside so I trusted it was all there and headed back to work. Guess that was my mistake. I was missing two mini chicken sandwiches and a Wednesday dinner. Half of what I ordered. I called in saying I was missing some food and she answered, put me on hold and hung up on me. I decided to just drive there thinking it was an honest mistake hanging up on me. I was greeted with her son at the window and him on the phone with her yelling saying she told me I can’t get a refund or my food. All I wanted was the food I paid for and I had my receipt. I wasn’t trying to start issues. Daisy told me to “have a good day babygirl” before I left and the actions of that definitely made me feel like crud. I think this store has okay food but their customer service is lacking. As someone who also works in customer service, I say I understand. Chicken is chicken and theirs isn’t good enough to try to get it free. Everyone has to make a living somehow but I will not be visiting this store again. I hope she has a better day tomorrow.

My fiancé went to get us Lees for dinner on 8-10-23 she showed up half hour before close and they told her they weren’t serving anymore for the night. Never have I rseen a drive thru deny paying customers food that long before close. I really hope the owner sees this comment and fires the GM and shift manager over stunts like this. I really wonder how much money they have turned away because of acts like this.
