After the Covid Lee’s improved. I hate they took away the buffet but the food is good. The customer service most times is good. I almost went elsewhere to eat, when first I tried to order on DoorDash and they tried to get almost double for the food you pay less for at the store. I think they need to rethink DoorDash delivery otherwise it’s good.

The food was good. The order was correct. However, the person behind the cash register gave my food to the person who ordered their meal after me. There is an order number on the receipt for a reason. Mistakes like that do not have to be made all they have to do is check the number on the receipt. I understand mistakes but I don’t understand why it took 30 minutes to admit you made a mistake and reorder the food while I’m sitting there waiting watching several other people after me receive their food. I had to ask twice before my food was reordered. And the man who accidentally got my food came back and tried to tell them and the person at the cash register still didn’t reorder my meals. A person at the cash register clearly needs to be retrained or given a different job other than running the cash register. I saw at least four other employees but no one seemed to be f i l l i n g the orders but that 1 o n e employee. So that person either needs another person working with the individual training them or they need to put that person in another position in the building doing something else. You should not have to watch five other customers walk by you with their food and you should not have to ask repeatedly to please check on my order.

Food service could be better. Parking lot is trash, large pothole when entering the lot. Frequently messes up orders either from food or drinks. Example order a sweet tea, receive a unsweetened tea or buy there $5 box and it will be missing a biscuit or a cookie.

Nice. Good food but gravy was way to spicy. We had buffet. Food was fresh and bar was well tended and maintained. Chicken tender strips were excellent! Biscuits awesome! It was kept well stocked. Salad end was exceptional. Best sweet tea! Staff friendly and hard workers! Parking is a hard fit in tiny lot. Booths and chairs not comfy.

Edit: We have been to this Lee’s several times when we come to yearly campground. Food is good and have decent proportions for the price. Drive thru wait times are ridiculous and needs to be improved.
