I love the potato wedges but the chicken lacks A LOT!! I have tried the tenders and bone-in breast. Both were extremely dry!! The breast fell apart (not because it was tender and juicy) when I pulled a piece off because it was so dry, it crumbled. As I said, I love the wedges!

Food is great! Service is okay. Ask any staff member though and they will tell you that the General Manager makes the place unbearable. They can’t keep people because of it. They also pay poorly and are not competitive with the local restaurant market.

I ordered from Lee’s in Cynthiana earlier today. It was between 3:30-4pm. I ordered a 3 piece breast, leg, and thigh meal. I made sure to check my box before I left the store because the last time I ordered from here I got the wrong order, so I wanted to make sure it didn’t happen again. It did! I was given the wrong order again! I turned around and went back through the drive thru. I got to the window and told the young boy that I was given the wrong order. I showed him my reciept to show him that I was supposed to get a breast, leg, and thigh. Not strips! The boy in the drive thru told me to give him the food I was given and I told him, I don’t think you’re supposed to take food back after it’s been given to someone and he said that he needed to get it back so that he could throw it away! I asked him if he was gonna throw it away couldn’t I keep it and give it to my dogs when I got home? He said no and insisted on taking back the food I was given! I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t want to be given food that someone else has had their hands in! They could have who knows what kind of nasty on their hands! Now it’s on the food, on the bag and after the drive thru boy handles it again, he now has the nasty on his hands! Come on! If a person doesn’t have enough since to know that’s not what you do, then they have no business working anywhere around food! I’ve NEVER had a drive thru person ask me for anything back! The only reason I’m giving them one star is because they did bring me the correct order after all that mess!

Lee’s is about the only place ya can get livers/gizzard anymore. I feel cheated. I ordered livers only. Of course a biscuit comes with. Unfortunately, the biscuit was on top of the livers in the container. Eww. This scheme takes up space where 3 to 4 more pcs liver would go. Maysville and Lexington locations do not do this.
