First time here. Unfortunately, it was not worth the wait. I ordered ahead and still had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes. Good thing I checked my order before I left. Had to return to get my chili fries. Fries and chili were cold. Burger was just okay. Bread was soggy, and lettuce was old, so I just ate the meat that was seasoned well. Overpriced, IMO.

The burger was delicious the fries wasn’t too good but wasn’t bad. The customer service on the other hand is terrible. While walking in an older lady closed the door on me which it seems like she is the owner of the establishment. While I’m there she is yelling at the employees. I waited over 25 minutes for burger a fries which I’m ok with. The young lady brings my food out and it’s only the burger and drink. I explained to her that I had a burger basket which the owner also told her. She took it to the back to get fries so now I’m waiting another seems like 10 minutes. I proceed to ask how long it will be the owner immediately starts telling me the wait on their burgers. I tell her you all have the burger I’m waiting on fries now and plus I don’t want the burger to be soggy. She goes to the back yelling again at the employees. I said all of that to say this, black people treat customers and employees better than you all do. The money i spent in your establishment will help you out in the long run. Will I go back to this place no I will not just because of the owners attitude.

2nd visit and both times our hamburgers were good! Homemade style burgers were definitely season well. Both times we order on a Saturday late lunch/early dinner. I order a Kool-aid drink and then had child hood memories flash back.

My girls had a craving for home style burgers after practice and this place come up on search. These were made fresh burgers and fries! My kid devoured her’s. I ordered them the regular burger and I got a double with extras.. Really big burgers! The staff was helpful and our order was ready promptly. Will definitely think about stopping here when we’re in the area.
