Bruce and his team deliver service far beyond what you would expect from this style of eatery. Personal, friendly, always giving us little samples, always willing to give us fresh food when they’re running out on a certain item. We love this place and it’s the people that make the difference

Jennifer treated me a veteran with more Humanity than I probably have ever experienced on the battlefield. She is the reason why I will return it is people like her that create customer retention she should be running things a little bit higher up the chain and hope to see that

Totally botched my food. Orange chicken was not breaded on some pieces, it was like the bourbon chicken in orange chicken sauce?! Dumplings were fresh made which is cool except I can see how poorly there made with them barely being sealed. I normally not picky but this was clearly a newer cook with not enough quality control. Customer service was acceptable.

They did an update to the app and order wasn’t received at restaurant, however, charged my credit card. After calling the location, the worker would not fill my order and forced me to pay again since there was “no order”. I showed the email proof. The staff was extremely unprofessional, then made me wait 20+ minutes for my food. I will never come to this location again.

Food quality was good. Portions were a little light this time. That can happen from place to place, server to server. The Kung Pao Chicken is the best thing to happen to Leeann Chin since they went corporate. Their Fried Wonton’s are not the greatest. To chewy for me.

Overall, this experience was somewhat disheartening. While the food was good, the prices seemed high for the portions served. However, current inflation has affected most restaurants and this reality needs to be taken into account. Of course, the quality of the food is quite good, and the variety of dishes is encouraging. The individual menu items look fresh and delicious and the varieties of beverages is very good. The service was a bit slow with two servers looking on as the first server composed orders for one group of three customers. Nonetheless, there is room for some additional training in customer service for employees. As a conclusory rule, if one is seeking fast, delicious pan-Asian take-out without too much fuss, Leeann Chin is a reliable source.

These type of places are very inconsiderate they not about customer satisfaction they rude they want to give you 2 pieces of broccoli and 1 piece of meat and charge you 10 dollars some body needs to put this type of place on blast panda express is the same way. We as the people pay they salary and we allow them to treat us with disrespect by cheating us out of what we pay and spend our hard earned money. This place favor who they give food, it’s ridiculous and very sad get it together management
