I was looking forward to a delicious dinner. I placed my order with GrubHub delivery, and with my order, I requested that all my food be freshly made. I will NEVER get food from Wong’s Kitchen. Everything I ordered ordered tasts like it has been sitting out for days! The cream cheese puffs are so soggy because they soaked up oil. They are absolutely terrible! Same with the shrimp fried rice and egg foo young. I think this food is yesterday’s throw away food because as soon as I placed my order, the grub hub driver was in here way here. This food is old and disappointed!!! What a shame for them to sell yesterday’s leftovers to their customers!!!

Food Is LC! Who doesn’t love it! Apparent manager gal was rude as previous commenter stated. This is the second time I’ve been there and the checkout process is a disaster trying to use the app to access LC coupons. Next time, I’ll order off the app and use the coupon and wait the 15 minutes for food. That way nothing can possibly go wrong right? Remember when human interaction was kinda cool?

small portions!!! staff is rude I asked for a little bit of extra meat and he was like oh that would be $4.50. well this is what I got for $12 a half a scoop of rice a half a scoop of bourbon chicken and one full scoop of orange chicken. when I asked because there’s other customer that had very much larger portions to my size . I heard him tell the other girl she doesn’t need it that’s why..Shittty ppl for real.

Bad service. Employees don’t want to work. It was only 6:35 pm and people were told that the dining area was closed, only take out available. There were kids that was sitting on a table and one of the employee (a girl) told them that the kids can’t sit anymore because dining was closed. Also, i ordered “dynasty” and the food portion was so little, it was like a kids meal. Will not be returning.

My wife and I came in at 7:44pm on Tuesday Oct 11th 2022, and were told it was too late to serve us white rice with Orange Chicken and Mongolian Chicken, because it had to be prepared. 16 minutes BEFORE closing.
