This is my second visit in the last few months. The last time the food was good and the service was good, but it was nothing amazing. This time awful experience. We waited close to 10 minutes just to get somebody to come to the table and we went ahead and ordered everything right at that moment because we could tell that everything was running behind. It took us a solid 25 minutes to get our appetizer which he then served with our food. We watched the appetizer sit in the kitchen window for at least 10 minutes. In the time we waited, we saw two couples sit down that weren’t even addressed. They both got up and left without ever being told hello or given water or anything. Four tables left after eating and the food and dishes just sat on the table because nobody was even cleaning the tables. I want to go to this Ledos. It’s close to my house and my kids love Ledos, but you guys have just got to do better.

Outstanding pizza! Have been a Ledos fan for many decades! We stop at this particular, Ledos, on our trips going home to North Carolina. The young man who is the manager is a very caring and delightful person. We engaged in a conversation that you just don’t get any more in most establishments, he is a treasure.

Ledos used to be a go-to but they definitely fell off, idk if they changed the recipes or what but I had to stop ordering from them. I recently gave them a chance again only because there wasn’t many options to order on New Years Eve, I just had a small plain cheese pizza and it was actually pretty good which is why I was inclined to give them another try tonight. But like I remember from before, the pizza now taste like it’s missing important ingredients again. Tonight I asked for my pizza well done, and it wasn’t, so I put it in the oven for 10+mins and the crust would not get crispy or dark. Overall the pizza was gross and was confirmation why I stopped ordering from there. I also ordered a baby spinach lettuce for backup cus how can you go wrong with salad…it was edible after I pulled out all the nasty shriveled soggy pieces. Never again!

Seems like the people working this location don’t want to work half of the time. They say they close their dining area 30 mins. Before closing time but that’s not stated on the door or on the website. Somehow though we could still order take out so seems to me they just didnt want to get stuck bussing a table. A couple of weeks ago we were told that it would take a hour for pizza to be done and the resturant wasn’t even filled. Starting to get really disappointed in this location. Welp it’s their loss cause we used to make this a weekly family stop.

Pizza is a step above Chuckie Cheese and a step below Little Caesars from 1995. Pizza did taste like cardboard in the corners and was pre-made crust. The toppings were OK. I would pass on this place if offered again. The waitress asked if wanted parmesean and red pepper flakes, then went and washed tables. So, major sike out and I give a solid 3 stars, but I would eat there never again.

Has gone downhill. Pizza left much to be desired, extremely thin crust and burnt toppings. Asked for extra cheese but only got a thin little layer. The “large” house salad comes in a to go container that is more like a personal size. 25 bucks for a burnt thin pizza and small salad – not worth it!!!!!
