I ate the shhh out of steak n cheese from here, then 1 day it was ehh, the next time not good, waited for a while before I went back. Ughhh! Gross, STCH was Overcooked, looked sloppy, wings wrong and food took over 40 minutes! Disappointed

Very friendly staff. I thought I lost an expensive earbud and when I called them they were so kind and helpful to me. They hadn’t seen it but when I stopped back by to check in person, the manager had personally come out and had already checked and moved the booth just to look which was so very nice. He was not the one I had spoken to on the phone, so I knew one of the staff had brought it to his attention. I was really surprised and appreciated knowing that the team tried to jump in and recover my last item. It was nice to feel cared about with that attentive customer service. Oh! And yes, the pizza was great too! When is it not! Go team Ledo of Damascus!

There’s almost always seating without a wait. Service is usually decent. Pizza sauce is on the sweet side served in a square shape instead of round. My kids love it. I enjoy their house dressing on salads.

Sad service on a Saturday afternoon. Party of 9 including 3 hungry kids age 4 and under. Asked for crackers to keep them quiet, had to ask again. Come on, a server should know that kids need SOMETHING quickly. Pizza was OK for MD., but nothing can really be enjoyed when you have hungry kids that have to wait and wait and wait. Wasn’t crowded either. Step it up Ledo.
