If I could give negative stars on emoyees and how they treat the paying customer I would. If you don’t like your job, that much, its a inconvenience for you to give me the order I placed specifically without an attitude or just plain rude, you shouldn’t work here. It’s called customer service. Being polite, kind and doing your actual job goes a long way. It also amazes me that the few times I come to this location my order is ALWAYS wrong! Needs some help here.

We order from the waldorf ledo’s quite frequently. This has been the worse experience ever. My pizza was burnt so we ate what we could. The other pizza was way to much grease to even try to eat. The rest of these pizza’s are going in the trash. We will not be ordering from here anymore.

Great quality pizza overall and customer service varies with certain employees which is sad. Should really look into hiring more energetic people. Anyways, the main issue I have is when I ask for light cheese I was lied to. My pizza was full of cheese which was unacceptable.

Came in with my best friend and god daughter to dine in, it was self seating. No one greeted us at all but kept looking over at us. One person was eating ice cream from sweet frog and the other came from around the counter got himself a drink and went to the back. After sitting for the past 6-7 minutes I walked to the counter and asked if someone was coming over. The girl at the counter said we had to come up and order our food and the beverage is self serve…how were we to know that? No one ever came over to explain and I asked when was this because the last time we came here that was not the case. Then she said “I think November”, we decided to take our business elsewhere, no wonder no one was in there lol. It was nothing but kids working there, it was also tissues all over the floor in the front, dirty and not welcoming. The Laplata Ledos is way better, just came here because the last experience was completely different and the customer service was better. I don’t recommend this location. They need to work on customer service and look to hire others those who actually want to work.

Just went to Lexi’s 3 minutes ago and sat down. Not one person greeted us or acknowledged us at all at the table. Waited for 5 minutes to give them a chance. ( no line inside and two others sitting) so we decided to leave since we couldn’t get any food. Love ledo’s pizza. Only will recommend now to go to laplata.
